I ordered food over an hour and a half ago for delivery with a generous tip because they are always "freaky fast". Tried calling the store and someone kept answering the phone and immediately hanging up. So I decided to drive there and just pick my order up. When I got there the lights were off and the door was locked. Another customer was already there, equally frustrated, and tells me when she got there there was an employee inside that ran into the back room and refused to come out and answer the door or the phone as soon as they saw her pull up. Turns out they decided to go home after lunch. But that didn't stop them from charging my card for $40 and hers for $60. I would give 0 stars if I could. Today is my Birthday and I ordered Jimmy John’s at 8:28 pm. They close at 9:00 pm. They accepted my order, but then canceled it, without letting me know. I only found out when I saw it was refunded to my bank account. The birthday coupon was reapplied to my JJ account quickly but now my payment is on hold and tied up. Your posted hours state you close at 8PM on Sunday. I ordered at 5:12PM online and after nearly an hour, I decided to call only to be hung up on repeatedly. We showed up at the location which is only around the corner and the location is closed. No note on the door, and an employee scurrying away in the back. 1 car was already there dealing with the same issue, 3 other cars pulled up and we told them all about our terrible experience!
