The food isn't bad. The sushi rolls are pretty tasty most of the time and the bowls are decent too. The customer service is garbage. If you're looking to get teated like a subhuman piece of trash and eat good food, you're at the right place.
Here's the deal:
One evening I asked for a salmon roll and the mean asian lady (who you can read about in the other reviews) swept the entire restaurant before making my roll.
Another time, I waited 20 damn minutes for a green tea boba while customers walked in and out with their orders.
Another time, I ordered in with my friend, and we waited 25 minutes to get our food. After we sat down, the mean lady started pulling chairs across the floor, which created a screeching noise that kept interrupting us in the middle of our conversation. For 20 minutes, she kept sweeping the floor and dragging chairs for no reason.
One evening, I walked in and ordered my usual, a salmon roll (a Cali roll with salmon and avocado on top) and green tea boba. The cashier goes "and you want it to go right?". I mean she was right - I did want my order to go b/c their atmosphere is toxic, but I didn't like that she implied I should leave. So I just said, "yeah" and sat down. 5 minutes later a girl comes in, orders a Cali roll, and walks out 5 minutes before me with her roll. I mean why not just put salmon and avocado on top of the Cali roll and give it to me? So I asked the cashier about it and she snaps at me like "IT'S DIFFERENT! THAT'S WHY IT TAKE LONGER!" So I told her it's pretty much the same thing but with salmon and avocado on top. She kept on yelling "IT'S DIFFERENT!" at me, so I left.
Also, this isn't a fact, but I get the notion that they're ethnically preferential. Right now, I'm seriously considering conducting a survey and independent samples Z test to see if their staff does show preference to Chinese customers or to customers with lighter complexions. If I can reject the null hypothesis with a 5% margin of Type I error, then I'm creating a Facebook event titled "Let's get a bunch of black people to eat at Osaka Grill" to teach those...

I spent 38 dollars there. My girlfriendās food was good. However, my egg drop soup tasted like it was going bad. I work two customer service jobs so I was very kind and respectful when speaking to the manager about wanting to exchange my meal for something that was the same price as my soup. The manager became very rude extremely quick and started to tell me that I was complaining and if I get something else Iāll just complain again, I proceeded to apologize as I wasnāt trying to cause an issue I just wanted to exchange my meal. She then told me there was nothing that was the same price as the soup I got (which was a lie) and I told her that there was and I would like to exchange it for the vegetable teriyaki bowl. She started to break down what was in the bowl in an extremely sarcastic manner and was extremely rude and asked me if I was going to complain when I got my food exchanged. I simply said no. The main girl working with the short hair and bangs apologized for her managers behavior and proceeded to tell me that she lied to me about their āno refund and no exchanges policyā and told me that they do honor refunds and exchanges but she didnāt know how to do it and thatās why she called her manager to begin with. I went here to order a boba milk tea, asked for less sugar. However when the drink came, I could not get any boba out, instead, itās just milk teašmy friends saw the drink even asked did I ask for boba? I went back and ask for making me another new order with more boba, because itās kinda not logical for paying money and get such less boba. However the server, which is an Asian mid age woman, was quite rude, did not show any good attitude and wanted to argue with meš I have been to so many tea shops, and some of the drinks have similar price but I get so much more toppingsšI told her and she still wanted to argue and said that āif she would make a new one, itās still gonna be the sameā. Wow I was shocked! What a response! I got so mad and when I finally saw how she did to my drink, guess what, she also put so many iceš so thereās like less tea and not that many boba this timeš What a good time spending here. Donāt get me wrong, I have no issues if her attitude was nice and polite or at least showed me some kindness, but she was acting like she doesnāt give a s**t of how we feel. Really disrespectful. Really disappointed. Anyways, thatās all I have. Donāt know if they will see this or not, but if you are reading this, please be cautious when coming here, thereās also a ridiculous service charge...
