Fatburger — Restaurant in Tempe

My boss took me to fatburger and Buffalo wings on Tatum rd today for life changing lunch i no longer want to eat five guys or whataburger or carls jr this is truly the best burger ice cube is not lieing fatburger is da spot so after i got home from work i had to take my wife to show her so i went to this fatburger first thing i did wrong go to this location Google says is permanently closed and is seriously should be closed permanently they have no adults only children and kids running the store so nothing is clean its all disgusting they dont even know about the fat club punch cards that all real fatburgers have no one wanted to run the grill chilling in the back is more important 1 girl was just walking around talking on her phone so our burgers we got were burnt and over cooked extra dry the patties crumbled into bits and pieces this business was built on simple easy delicious food sucks its full of children that need to be educated on grow up and be a adult this location seriously needs to close its awful and ruins fatburgers name ill be reaching out to corporate to report this location and franchisee management or lake their of i will be going to the wild horse pass location next time hopefully they have class and service thats professional go here for burnt dried out hockey puck burgers and kids...

I have never seen such a horrible place. The door you open to walk into the restaurant was so dirty and nasty. It has not been cleaned in weeks/months. I drove 30 miles to eat here for my birthday. I was so let down. The floor was so sticky under my feet that I could hear it popping when I lifted my feet. They put way too much pepper on the burgers. What was up with that? These were not the Fatburgers that I remember. What a let down. Dinner cost me $60.00. All we had were three thousand island burgers and 3 fries, two drinks and a kids meal. For a 4yr. old. Why did they give a little kid so many fries. Never will I go there again. The dirtiest place I ever eaten at! I tried to find a place to call and report, but I only found this. Normally, it's a great experience when my girlfriend and I visit this location but the past couple times have been far below poor experiences.

Three weeks ago, the place was absolutely full of trash in the evening. There was no lemonade and when we asked a rep, they said they would fill it then they end up not doing it prior to closing. Lastly, when I received my burger, it had the cheese I asked them not to put on.

My girlfriend and I visited tonight but none of the drinks came out right. Due to the sodas not working, we decided to go with lemonade yet it was completely watered down like there was no sugar. I asked if they could not put cheese on my burger and once again, there was cheese on it. I normally order the wester burger but apparently, they had no onion rings.

I might visit again...
