If you've seen my reviews before, y'all already know the drill. If not, here's a quick recap: I'm an autistic adult and a picky eater. I always order my burgers as just bun, beef, cheese, and ketchup, and with a side of fries (and water to drink). I give out one star for every bit of the meal that's satisfying. First, the bun: Star #1. Square buns! Very different in appearance, which I loved, and it tasted good too - lightly crispy. Excellent. Second, the meat: Star #2. Juicy, tasty, filling, and not burnt. Excellent. Third, the cheese: Star #3. Gooey and tasty. Excellent. Fourth, the ketchup: Star #4. Delicious and has just a touch more flavor than the normal ketchup I use - complements the rest of the burger well. Last, the fries. Star #5. Seasoned with what is possibly the single tastiest seasoning I've ever had on fries. Delicious. Built up faster than I was expecting though, so I needed a fair bit of water. This would get two stars if possible. Bonus: the water: crisp and cold, with zero chemical flavor. Bonus 2: The ambience was wonderful - instead of using a humid swamp cooler like I was worried about, they have proper AC and ventilation. Bonus 3: They had Dragon Ball playing on one of the TVs! Not Z, Daima, Super, or GT - but OG Dragon Ball! Absolutely loved it! It's been so long since I watched the series, and by sheer luck it was one of my favorites - Episode 36: Major Metallitron. In summary: this is quite possibly the best burger joint in the Valley. Full five stars, and I'd do more if if were possible.

The overwhelmingly positive reviews brought me here, but the food was underwhelming at best. The service was top notch. Friendly, helpful, communicative. I didn’t have to wait very long for the food, which was nice, and it came out nice and hot and presented well. I went for the Cinco Diablo burger, and I was warned it was spicy (it kind of was, but didn’t live up to its namesake). Maybe it was an off night, as another reviewer mentioned. The patties themselves were disappointingly under seasoned and rubbery, and while I did taste the jalapeños, there weren’t any other flavors jumping out at me whatsoever. I couldn’t taste the cilantro, I couldn’t taste the aioli, the deep fried Serrano was a soggy unseasoned mess of batter, and the fries were completely coated with sugar. Definitely not a fan of their fry seasoning; it was pure sweetness and nothing else. I can see how this appeals to the diabetic American palette, but it’s just not for me. The Cinco Diablo burger gets a 4/5 for looks but a 2/5 for flavor. Not this time, Satan! If it weren’t for the customer service and beer being on the menu, this would’ve been a two star meal. I was enticed by the reviews and the unconventional burger builds, but boy was I let down.

Absolutely biggest surprise of the year for me, in or out of state, west or east coast, in or out of the country. Of all the place since eaten this one is exactly what I look for, especially here in the valley: * Delicious food * Ingredients that aren't overpowering, but are complimentary. Homemade ranch with their secret seasoned fries a french fry lovers dream. * Fair priced. The burgers should be $18 anywhere else with $6 fries. The burger I got with brisket was only $13.50 and fries $3.50. In a post-covid world that's an amazing deal for fresh ingredients with churched up taste * unique and fun menu with things like a Lucky Chas marshmallow shake, french toast fries, etc * Vegetarian menu * Evident pride of the state of Arizona * Friendly staff. Matt the manager is enthusiastic, knows this menu inside and out, and just cares about the shop. Absolutely what you look for in a restaurant. It's delicious, great price, small business, enthusiastic, local, and obviously they care about their product. I will definitely be eating here again, and trying new things on the menu.

I’m picky and I don’t like a lot of restaurants but I enjoy this place. The menu is unique. And the food is fresh.

The special thing that they do here is serve double patty burgers. Normally I don’t do double patty’s. I only had the double double at In-N-Out once. So I enjoyed it for a change

I got a burger with hatch peppers. And pico and mozzarella cheese which are three of my favorite things. I wish I got the ranch on the side. I prefer ketchup on my burger. But again the unique type of ranch made it very cool.

Fries were fresh but maybe over spiced for me. I wish I got the seasoning on the side also but again the unique flavor of the spices made it enjoyable.

The only downside was the soda machine was a little flat. Which seemed strange giving the quality of everything else.

I also enjoyed the music. And all the tables were clean which is not something you find at most restaurants.

It was extremely cold in the restaurant which is a good thing starting next week when it’s supposed to a hundred degrees

And the last thing was the staff was very friendly and helpful. I probably should have said something bout the soda and they would have fixed it for me

This is a special place in my opinion. Give it a try if you like burgers you won’t be...

Paradise Valley Burger is hands down one of the best burger experiences I’ve had in a long time! This place goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a burger joint. Every burger on the menu is a specialty creation, not your run-of-the-mill basic burger. Each bite was packed with layers of flavor that made it stand out from anything else I’ve tried. The quality of ingredients and the creativity that goes into each option is truly impressive.

But what really elevated my visit was the customer service. Adam, one of the mangers, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to walk me through the menu, giving detailed descriptions and recommendations. He was super knowledgeable and personable, making sure I found exactly what I was in the mood for. His enthusiasm and passion for the food were contagious, and I ended up with the perfect choice thanks to his guidance.

It’s not just about the food here—it’s the whole experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and the service was top-notch throughout. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a burger that’s not just a meal but an experience, Paradise Valley Burger is where you need to be. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for Adam’s recommendations...
