What an amazing experience for my first cosmetic procedure. I booked the appointment easily through their website (square app). They’re very transparent on their deposit and cancelation process for appointments. Their team answered my questions before and ensured I was well informed. Before the appointment I received before procedure instructions. When the appointment came I arrived. The process was fairly easy. I checked in and signed waiver documents. I was given numbing cream. It takes 30ish minutes to set in. Once I was in the procedure room Karla the NP was nothing but professional. She explained every detailed and what things I should expect. I didn’t have an inspiration picture, but explained that I wanted fuller but subtle look. She explained exactly what she was going to do and waited until I approved. Once she started she ensured with every poke I wasn’t in pain and that I need to tell her if I felt severe pain. Karla and her team were all absolutely wonderful. I’ve been following Karla for over a year and been wanting to do a mini lip glam, but I was scared of the pain and that my lips would look too much.
