So i want to give some love and a shout out to this wingstop. I do dash and every single time i come in they are slammed with orders. Evenso, they are always hustling, they are always communicating, they are always working. I know Wingstop gets a Bad rap and theres always low rating at nearly every location. As a customer of wingstop i have to admit many of them deserve the low score but not this Location. As a former manager in retail sales/customer service for 10 years i have to say what i see in a lot of wingstops def is not up to par. How this wingstop has low ratings doesnt make sense to me. I believe the manager here is Rosa and theres another younger girl there named Loa or Loe (not sure how to spell it) but those 2 are always on top of things. Ill be coming back to this wingstop specifically even though its not the closest to me. I hope this reaches the right people who can give this team some recognition.
So as much as im giving props to this team, im going to be honest because if im not, how can your team at this location improve if theres no constructive criticism? So this is being said with hopes that your team can hear the feedback, own it and make some adjustments.
My honest review of this location. I say theres room for improvement with food quality. The times ive ordered here, ive asked for welldone and then i get wings that have chewy soggy skin. Then other times its on point and perfect. Ive also ordered extra wett or extra seasoning and get wings that are basically naked and half covered in sauce and seasonings. Then again there other times its perfectly on point. So theres definitely INCONSISTENCIES. Not bad but room to grow for sure.
I would say the biggest issue here is cleaniness. Soda station can be a bit messy. Ice machine doesnt work sometimes. Tables and floors sticky at times. Othertimes, it hasnt been an issue. Ive walked in here before and seen it immaculate. Umfortunately of seen it a bit more messy than clean. So again, some Inconsistencies. Room for improvement for sure. ILL NOTE, It could also be do to the fact that im usually at this location near the end of the day, so i get that it might be that way after being super busy.
AS FAR AS SERVICE, I GIVE YOUR TEAM HERE AN A+! and thats why ill be back. Sometimes food can take a long time but this team makes it right with their hard work and positive attitide.

Upon entering the location at 8:06PM on Monday, December 4th, I attempted to order 40 boneless wings on a Monday for $0.70. This is my normal order. 30 Garlic Parmesan and 10 Hawaiian.
The counter employee kindly states, they are out of boneless wings and that the wings they have left are for online orders only and DoorDash. I couldn't understand how and or why you would only designate items for online only when your instore customers should take priority over online orders all the time.
I ask why there isn't a sign posted in the window or door indicting there was an inventory issue or there wasn't enough product available to support the weekly promotion every WingStop has nationwide.
At this point, the Counter Employee states, that he is not allowed to hang a sign in the window and then kindly pickup a piece of receipt paper that says he's out of boneless wings.
I request the manager on Duty and the counter employee points to his manager sitting down in the dinning room eating boneless wings on her break.
I approach her and ask about the boneless wing issue and she states the same thing the counter employee states. The manager on duty seems to be less interested in caring about the situation and continues to eat while she is talking to me which was rude in nature.
I ask if she can offer the bone in wings for the price of the boneless wings since she failed to maintain the proper level of inventory for a weekly promotion. The manager stated that she could not do that and was unwilling to do that. I express my anger and discontentment with the issue and her response was, "You seems to be the only customer getting upset about this, every other customer just dealt with it and moved on".
I expressed that i'm glad that everyone else was unwilling to hold you or your establishment accountable for failing to do your job, but I am not that person.
I requested the contact information of the District Manager, Store Manager or someone at the Franchise office. She refused to provide any of that information.

Read moreOn 2/25/24, I ordered (Order#24956158563516416) 1 small 6pc Wing Combo (6 mild classic, 1 seasoned fry, 1 ranch, 1 water, 1 regular ranch). This was at 5:42PM. The online order said 16-21mins. This means my wings should be available at 5:58-6:03PM. I arrived at the store at 6:05 P.M. I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order. This was extremely frustrating.
Then, when I got to my location, they gave me the wrong flavor wings. So, I called and was put on hold for around 5 minutes. Then I talked with the girl (I can't remember names because this was a month ago now). The team member finally got on the phone and I said I wanted my wings replaced. They couldn't deliver them. So, I said I wanted a refund of my order. She said she didn't know how so she put her manager on the phone. The manager didn't either so she had to call her manager. Finally, after 20 minutes of being on the phone, she said she would refund the order.
2 weeks later, no refund. I called and they said they didn't do the refund. Since it was 2+weeks, it was no longer in the system. So, she said to come by and get my refund for the order. I said I can't so it would be later. She said no problem. Last night 3/24, I called to order it instead of a refund. They would only replace the wings, not the whole order. They said 15 mins. It took me about 15 mins to get there. The manager said it would be 15 mins. I still don't have a refund or wings! This is the worst customer service I have ever experience.
