This place is amazing . I have been bringing my pit bull here for the 2 years mainly to use the dog wash , she loves it and my dog is not usually cooperative when it comes to bath time , she gets soooo excited when we pull up and walks right into the tub they have a ramp which is awesome since she is almost 100 pounds . They have high quality products and the staff is always helpful . They let u do ur thing and never act annoyed that your there . Another awesome thing is whenever I have had an issue with my pets well-being they have been able to help . I thought my dog was dying after her vaccines I told them what was going on and they recommended a product that gave her immediate relief of they bad reaction she was experiencing . It saved me a visit back to the vet on a weekend and my pup is back to fun energetic happy playful self :) That’s just one example they have helped us with other concerns as well . Never once have to let me down . Very knowledgeable and willing to share helpful suggestions and answer questions responsibly with pet parents at any time . I highly recommend this place they are not ur average pet store . Genuine people/ pet lovers for real !!! Thanks...

Dec 2020 Update: If you've been breakin your back to wash your dog or been avoiding altogether, consider coming here for access to their self wash facility. Its only $10 & SO WORTH IT! It was way quicker than doing it at home & much less painful for me. Everything is provided but I recommend bringing your own towels for backup. Ive always recommended Pet Planet but even more now that I have washed my dog there. Previous review: Pawco (& now Pearl) are regulars here. Cute little shop with super nice employees. Lots of bones & treats & food to choose from along with all sorts of other products for your pets. Very reasonably priced nail trims which is why I started goin there. UPDATE I reviewed this business four years ago and my love for this store has grown! My Wife and I are at home recovering from Covid-19 and had mad arrangements for a friend to pick up dog since we were running low. It turned out this location was getting our pets food in later that afternoon but no longer within our friends pick/up schedule. The store manager (Dizzy) volunteered to drop off the food at our house on her way home from work.....this act of kindness brought tears to our eyes! To say that Dizzy went above and beyond is an understatement. I can not recommend this business enough!
