Whenever I am in this Frys, I stop at this starbucks as a little treat for actually going grocery shopping. The staff is always friendly. They take the time to chat with you if they aren't busy. Terrible customer service! I ordered 2 coffees and the male clerk charged me for 3. When I called him out on it, his solution was to give me a third coffee. I wanted a refund and he was so inconvenienced by this. He walked away leaving it up to others to fix. Never once did he apologizes for his doing. I get my coffee elsewhere...
