I promise I am never one to judge coffee shops because I used to be a barista and it’s a tiring, thankless job, and I feel a little silly even writing this, but I swear every time I have gone to this location something has been wrong with my order. I always mobile order and order the same things and have ordered the same things at other locations as well, so I know it’s not something getting lost in translation or a matter of how I’m ordering. My drink is never stirred so the flavor is usually sitting at the bottom and only when I’m lucky do they put the right amount of cream in my drink; if I ever decide to pay the $1.25 for cold foam, it’s usually the tiniest sliver that may as well just be mixed into the drink. It’s about a 50/50 chance if the pastries are warmed up (I always make sure to double check before I place my order), and today I asked for a sandwich with no egg and received egg and had to essentially tear it off in pieces (the melted cheese held it on very tightly) - I know it seems dramatic but I’m thankful that it’s just a preference for me and not an allergy, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to eat it! I go to this location because it’s convenient but I may have to change it up. I don’t write this review to be mean or be a Karen and I’m always the first to check myself but it’s just so consistent and I hope this can get the attention of managers or shift leads who can maybe take time to do supplemental training or take care of what are likely...
Read moreSunshine on a cloudy day. Sarah changed my day and outlook.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Sarah, the manager at this Starbucks, who completely turned my day around.
From the moment I walked in, I could feel something different—something good. Sarah took my order, and you could just tell she was stepping in to help her team, not because she had to, but because she genuinely wanted to. That kind of leadership radiates. Her smile, her energy—it was contagious in the best way.
What really hit me was when she handed me my cup. On it, she had written "Sunshine" with a little hand-drawn sun. It might seem small, but I was having a rough day, and that one word—along with her whole vibe—shifted everything for me. I felt seen, cared for, and suddenly… lighter.
This moment is just one of the many reasons I keep coming back to this Starbucks. It’s not just the coffee—it’s the people like Sarah who make it feel like more than just a stop on your routine. It’s a reminder that a little kindness, a little sunshine, can go a long way.
Thank you, Sarah. You probably have no idea just how much that meant. We need more Sarah's in...
Read moreThis is my favorite Starbucks location!!! I have worked for starbucks in the past disclaimer Having said that, even partners have their favorite stores and this one is definitely mine! The combination of a huge lobby with windows on three sides, so many power outlets for when you need to plugin and do homework for a while or get the kids playing on their iPad's or whatever. There is always tons of seating and if you lean towards the coffee snob side of life you should ask to try the Starbucks Reserve through the Clover Brewing machine. Clover is a super expensive high-tech reverse french press. They've got it on display and you can watch as your coffee is brewed, it's honestly pretty cool. If you don't want to pay more for the Reserve coffees try your favorite blend of regular coffee through the Clover, you'll be surprised how much more flavor jumps out at you. Great crew at this store, they are fun...
