There's no one in line behind me and we ordered two slices of pizza and a soda. Yasmin was helping us and ask us which slices we wanted I ordered a combo slice and my friend ordered whatever was the sausage slice in front of him and point it to it she asked him if he wanted crumbled or sliced and he just said whichever one this is. Obviously she has some kind of issue with that and came over and asked me about the same and I said I'm sorry I don't know how to decide for someone else what he wants and I think that's rude. Shortly after she starts having an attitude and slamming things around this girl's attitude is horrible I told her no one's behind us she doesn't need to talk fast and there's no need for the attitude we just like regular customer service. I haven't been to the store in a while but obviously this is what to expect when people haven't seen your face before but each customer should be treated with kindness and respect regardless. surely afterwards a manager or lead named Logan so that we would not have a great experience and came over and talked to us about everything and he voided out our receipt and put the meal on the house. We appreciate him going the extra mile and making it right because we were just sitting down eating our food anyway. Just because we got poor service and a poor attitude from one person didn't make us want to leave because we have been here with better service before. One of the other reasons I appreciate Logan stepping in in this situation is because companies have to uphold an image. The employee can leave at any time and the company will still have to uphold...
Read moreThere are restaurants which treat me right, and get the order right the first time around, and if I am dissatisfied then they make honest efforts and prove that they want to make it right. I am, perhaps, a tough customer, but I don't think it's unreasonable to simply expect to receive what I ordered.
My issues were trivial, on the order of $2 worth of food, but they matter, right? Because we're valued customers? I thought the issue lay with a third-party delivery service, and there are many which do not care about food, or service, or people. So I ordered direct.
But when I experienced exactly the same problems after ordering direct, and Priscilla the manager smirks while she sends out another driver to try and sweeten the deal, or bribe me, or something with a little something extra, I don't care about extras, I don't care about your excuses, just please get it right the first time, and don't make empty promises and speak of hopes. It'd help if your drivers, who receive our generous tips, don't abusively scream profanity when presented with a minor complaint too. (I had to be rather demonstrative about it, though, to ensure that I'd be remembered after my account was deleted.)
Good restaurants are few and far between, these days. The food service industry is overall in huge trouble and floundering. I understand the understaffing, the incompetence, and the utter drama that managers deal with. That's why I try to treat them right and be kind. I'm done trying...
Read moreI have been coming to Venezias Pizza since they opened this location less than a mile from my house. I am a picky salad eater, and their Greek salad is one of the best I've ever had. Really fresh ingredients and the salad is prepared with care. Their pizza is always fresh. The pizza crust is so good. I love the sauce they use. It is not like the ketchup flavor sauce I get when I order at most fast places. The kiosks to order are a little less personal, but make it nice when you are in a rush. They are so efficient. I love their indoor seating. There are lots of TVs and comfortable seats and tables. I am disappointed in the outdoor seating. They need an update on their tables and chairs. Very wobbly. I would eat inside next time even though it was gorgeous outside. Unfortunately, the patio is right in the walkway of the strip mall with lots of foot traffic and car traffic. I really enjoyed spending some time with my husband chatting while we enjoyed our pizza. As a vegetarian, I always get different toppings than my carnivorous husband. They made a pizza half and half perfectly. I hate it when sausage is on my slice. They cut it to perfection. Inside is a little loud with the music, making it hard to hear if you are dining with someone. The staff was very nice and efficient. It's usually very busy but you can rest assured you will not have long to wait for your food. Even when you special...
