Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Tempe

They just cant seem to get the drive thru orders correct at times, They can't refund your card and have to issue cash for your returned wrong order. Don't bother calling the store number 480-960-6134, they wont answer the phone. Dropping my 3 star review to 2 stars from 5 years ago, possibly this and the original review was never followed up by management nor owner. I took the time to decided where I wanted to eat, I drove to this place, I did go thru the drive thru, I was compelled to look and check, but I failed due to my courteous nature as there were many cars inline, when I got home, needless to say it was clearly not what I ordered. I called 2 times for resolution no answer only asked for an access code, needless to say more wasted personal time and gas back for my refund, I was greeted with a Smirky Smile and comment by the male counter person saying "Are you the one with the wrong order" more insult to injury with that lack luster greeting, I left the food and Receipts on the counter and promptly left, as I had been a fan and customer sine 2008 17 years. I seriously doubt I would return I have no reason to return, Simplicity is like Trust when you lose it its gone, you cannot...

Last two recent visits: The customer service has seriously gone downhill at this location. The employees come across as rude and unwilling to help. As a customer, I'm never greeted upon entering or thanked for placing my orders. The average-built man with the unshaven face (Eduardo?) is always cold and unfriendly. I've repeatedly asked for the fries carton to be filled: I purchase a large and I'm given a medium sized portion. I wasn't given a receipt. I asked for a can of chili and wasn't charged appropriately. It's always a hassle to place a simple order at this location. The rude employees make it so that a good experience is impossible. Unfortunately, these employees never take responsibility or accountability for their actions. Management allows them to get away with poor customer service.

A previous experience: Upon entering, I waited for nearly ten minutes at the counter until an employee came out of the bathroom and took my order. The lady preparing the food saw me waiting at the counter after entering and completely ignored me. My fries were cold and tasted undercooked. The hot dogs also tasted undercooked. It was the worst meal I've ever...

Sorry to say this but I was very disappointed. I was told that this place has the BEST hotdogs ever......NOPE NO A CHANCE!!!!

I don't like over processed meat and I definitely don't like a hotdog thats been sitting in boiling water for hours.

Being my first time at a Wienerschnitzel I wanted to try the hotdog the way I always have mine, ketchup, mustard, onions and relish. Yes ketchup!!!!

I'm an all beef hotdog lover and this definitely was not that. I told the kid taking my order this but I guess he didn't listen to me. What I got was the pork and beef blend. It tasted like a generic brand from the dollar store. My bun didn't appear to be steamed either.

I had more fun feeding this so called "world famous" item to the pigeons.

If you want a GREAT hotdog go to Portillo's. They, by far, are much better and right down the street from this place.
