Hi , I am a door dash driver and I will tell my experience here at this place , I was on my way to pick up and order for a client and it happens that the staff over at the Hawaiian BBQ restaurant told me that the order was picked up already and I did ask them did you guys ask that person the name to make sure is the real me or to show the app picture of us ..this way is confirmed is me.not some one.else. This staff does care about getting pay but they do not care about a respectful clients money cos the restaurant.reduse toake.the food again or giving his money back , how dear this people do not care but there money , k was so disappointed about the way they didn't care , i did cal the dash support and.make sure this client gets his money back , which he Did. I Know.this could be also a lie from him but is the ethic and principles of how to take care of a client ,.cos.it could be done some other way to.keep him happy
I personally will refuse.to.pick.up from this one location due.to the lack of professionalism ....

Read moreBroke da mout' grinds but no Aloha spirit or service! I came by today as I ordered online. I saw the Online Order Here sign and so I waited. There were 2 cashiers there but no one greeted me. One even ignored me and went on her daily tasks. When she was done she came by and not even a hello... howzit... whatevah. So I gave my name and she turned around... resumed with another order... then went to take my order. She did ask if I wanted Shiracha and I said yes. She gave me my order and dis not even say mahaloz, thank you, Muchas gracias, whatevah.
Too da ONO Hawaiian BBQ Mgmt., please teach your employees the Aloha spirit and the basic principles of soft skills. A simple hello and thank you makes a difference.

The food she helped me choose was great as she insisted it would be, I never thought I would like Island Fire chicken. She told me everything down to the time it would take for the food to be ready. When my order was served she locked eyes with me and announced my number as if she memorized it with a clear booming voice. Been to this location many times, usually great experiences except few time with bland flavor and bad slow customer service. Been a long time but seem to do better now with new staff.
