Absolutely ridiculous. My family and I were a few businesses down from DTLR celebrating my sons 12th birthday dinner at Vallarta restaurant He asked if he and his friend could go down to dtlr and look at the prices of their ethika underwear. I said sure. They have their phones with tracking on them so I thought no worries. They come back and my sonâs friend bought a pair of the ethika underwear. I said oh how much were they he said $26. WHATTTTTTT was my reply. I said thatâs ridiculous for one pair of underwear. His friend opened up the top of the package and said oh it looks like there are a couple pairs. So he took the underwear out of the package and they were huge and only one pair. The package said size medium, M on the package. They were adult size medium obviously. Way too big for a 11 year old boy (now I did not know he was going to buy anything or I would have went with them). They went back to the store to get his money back or exchange them for a youth medium. They came back and said they wonât exchange or return them because the package was opened. This was all within 30 minutes of the purchase and back to return them. So I went down to the store and I was told the same thing. There isnât any of this information on the receipt or on the package stating that if package is opened there are no returns or exchanges. No where in the store does it say anything about returns NOTHING. So this sales lady took advantage of a young 11 year old boy and sold him an adult size pair of underwear. What a shame. The girl told me her manager will be in on Monday that I can come back and discuss it with her. After donating a toy in the toy drive to secure my pair of cool grey 11âs she refused to let me buy them simply because I didnât have my ticket but she signed me up the day before so she knew exactly who I was and I had a valid ID with me. Her not giving me my shoe was just flat out rude because she was able to verify who I was. She said she was just âfollowing the rulesâ but the whole point of the rules are really just to verify people are picking up THEIR shoe and not anyone elseâs. She knew exactly who I was. That shoe is very hard to get and my boyfriend gave me the money to buy them as an early Christmas gift. He even went the next morning to try to buy my pair because it had to be unclaimed since she didnât let me buy them but apparently they were sold so she sold MY pair that I paid $20 for (the price of the toy I donated). She knows she was wrong!...
   Read moreHorrible customer service! I started my Christmas shopping in October and when i went to wrap my gifts I noticed that shoes were the wrong size. I had my receipt but I was 7 days past the return policy, so they refused to switch the shoes for the correct size. The shoes that they still carry in the store for the same purchase price, I justed needed the correct size. It was more upsetting because I asked for a 5.5 in women's and was sold a 5.5 Youth which was not comparable size. The staff was unwilling to provide a resolution. I called the customer service number she provided and have not received a call back from the central office. Unfortunately, I did not proceed with my clothing purchase due to this poor customer service. As a business they missed out on a $2500.00 sale because they were unwilling to do an even exchange on $65 shoes....
