Boost Mobile — Local services in Temple Terrace

I recently visited store to see about an upgrade for my phone. I was greeted by Stephanie a young lady and after one she wrote my password down incorrectly to get into my account she states she would send to my phone. I knew I didn’t give wrong password but nevertheless I moved forward in asking about my selections and pricing. She showed me two phones they had available one which was in the box so it was hard to determine if I wanted to buy that one. She then listed off the colors she had and when ask for a selective one then say she did not have it. I did say it would be better to see the phone and look through it as opposed to a box not being open. That wasn’t the problem. Stephanie showed an attitude and was nasty and rude while the manager sat right there. I am a grown woman, which was referred to this location being that my husband comes there a lot. This young girl through her fingers up at me walked away all due to me saying I would have rather seen what I was purchasing physically as opposed to showing me the box. As the manager to do absolutely nothing I thought his character failed. Customer service is not the same anymore especially when kids are running management. Not everyone whom come to an establishment are bad people. Treat people with respect . I would not recommend anyone to this...

8/24/19 at 10:05am - I go in there to see if they have a google phone as a present for someone and there is only 1 employee there holding her baby screaming and a little daugther that came out of the back door. She asked if she could help me, I was trying to ask if she has a google phone and she couldn't hear me because of her baby screaming. Yet, she wouldn't come any closer, she stayed by the door. So I repeated myself again but there is no way I'm going to shout loudly so that she can hear me, that is not my personality. So she says she doesn't know what I'm talking about. I ask if she has a google phone and she said no so then I left. That was a weird customer service experience. I wish she would have come out to the middle of the store to have a normal conversation. Horrible I wanted to buy a new iphone 15 or 16 pro from there the night before Thanksgiving after I got off work but the dude there closed the store 8 minutes early because his uncle also a employee was waiting on him and had a long day and asked if I would come bk tomorrow I told him I'll probably find another one open then he told me all boost close at the same time which was 7 but I looked it up and found multiple that stayed open till 8 he need...
