Ordered one pizza, crazy combo and a Twix cookie brownie online for pickup. Went in for my order through the portal asked for sauce. No problem. Got home only to realize they gave me two bags of crazy bread and no brownie. Now I had never ordered one of the brownies before so I didn't even know how big it was or how it was made so I actually thought it was in one of those bags. Anyway I call the store. First time no answer goes to automated message saying mailbox not setup or something like that. Second time young male answers phone asks me to hold, sets phone down and I wait. Now don't get me wrong it was about 15 min until close by this time but when I picked up my order there were only two other people in the lobby. Stay on phone waiting for about 7 min then decide to drive back up there WHILE still on hold. I walk in and there were no customers and didn't seem like much was going on but cleaning up for close. I speak to a young man up front and tell him what happened and show that I'm STILL on hold, he directs me to the manager who was literally standing maybe 5ft away to his left, within ear shot, who asks me to repeat what happened. She has the kid go ahead and give me my brownie, to which he apologized, which I'm glad for and thanked him, however it was just EXTREMELY upsetting to be asked to hold, left on hold, and be able to DRIVE back up there while still on hold and show them I'm still on hold when I walk in. That was a total of just under 15 min and while yes I got my brownie, the manager herself never once apologized to me for being left on hold for that long with no explanation. (For all I know I was put on hold to wait for the manager.) Especially when there was nothing going on when I walked in other than some light cleaning. The food itself was good and I appreciate the young man apologizing for something that might not have even...
Read moreI ordered my pizza online. I drove up my granddaughter went to get pizza and was told no order under my name. I got out of my car went inside the only girl behind counter acted as though she did not hear me when I asked what is this address. She came from around the corner and stood looking at me. I asked again for the address her reply was 27th street. I explained I have an email indicating my order is ready for pick up at the counter. She asked my name said she had no pizza in my name walked away. Another person came to the counter asked my name on the order. Opened the storage door behind her took 2 pizzas and a small box out and asked me if it was my order. And pushed it across the counter as if annoyed that I was looking for my order. I responded I guess and took the order. As I got in my car I saw my name was CLEARLY HAND PRINTED ON THE CORNER OF THE BOX. The young lady with her a blond looking hair puff was very rude and the other young lady with black glasses was also rude. Both African American women who we not friendly to myself or the other customers that came...
Read moreCustomer service at this location tonight was very lacking. Dropping fbombs in front of customers and when called out on it said call my supervisor and tell him to get us some fing help. Went on to throw a temper tantrum kicking mop buckets and throwing pizza pans. Talked to manager and said he called employee and he admitted that he momentarily "lost it" not only is customer service lacking but when explaining that the cook was keeping his cool and doing a great job manager stated yeah he is the cause of our frustration. Troy the owner needs to know what is going on in his stores. He Is on vacation but I will follow up with him next week. This should never happen in a store. Spoke with several customers outside and they said the particular employee has had this bad attitude for a while and last week he was making suicidal jokes about going in the back room and hanging himself. My bread sticks looked old and was cold.yes I was in close to closing time but that is still no reason to behave the way the...
