Came in for the first time and the food and drinks were great and presentable and it was surprisingly very affordable. The only reason this isn’t five stars is because the customer service was severely lacking. When we walked in no one greeted us, the cashier was slouched over the counter and asked us what we wanted in a monotone voice with no hint of a smile. I said I needed a moment and soon after was prompted again for what I wanted and because of the awkward silence and lack of facial expressions on the employees I felt rushed, I wanted to ask for a recommendation as I usually do but didn’t because they seemed completely uninterested in being there. The cafe itself is beautiful and the paintings especially are stunning. A shame it feels a bit unwelcoming though.

Big Brew Little Brew is hands-down one of the best coffee shops I’ve visited. The service was absolutely perfect! I ordered the Migas breakfast platter, a 16 oz Cappuccino, and the Nuts & Berries smoothie—all of which were phenomenal. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, enhanced by the upbeat yet soothing music that fills the space. It’s the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. The man and woman working the front were exceptionally hospitable, making the experience even more enjoyable. Their warm and friendly demeanor truly set the tone for an amazing visit. If you're in Killeen and looking for a cozy spot with great food, drinks, and service, Big Brew Little Brew is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Amazing cakes, Migas, smoothies, and last but not least, coffee! This is one of the very few places in the Heart of Texas that brews sustainably sourced farm direct specialty single estate/varietal coffee produced by a Veteran Owned Business Fresh Pressed Coffee. The atmosphere is inviting with this place only operating since June 2018. With gourmet and specialty products, their products served are far superior than driving an hour away to any location in Austin, and less expensive than any relatable experience. Give this place a try, this is a must and worth a destination/date night trip!

I wish I didn’t even have to give a star to level a review because they don’t even deserve that. RUDE and NOT FRIENDLY..

It actually hurts my heart for all of us who experienced the service we did today. I hold a weekly coffee social in the area and like to do it at 'ma and pop' type shops because I believe that is how you help the community. But after today, I am not sorry to say I will not be returning to support BBLB.

First, a few of the ladies who attend ever week had already told the coffee shop that we would be starting to come every Tuesday and at what time. Right there should was their warning for us. However, I don't know if they forgot or didn't believe us but when we arrived today (all at different times, might I add), we were not really welcomed. A few of us had arrived and ordered, another girl came in a bit later and was about to order when the OWNER walked up and said "you guys need to call before you bring this many people in, we cannot accommodate you all". First off, WHAT? You are a coffee shop, how do you ever know what type of crowd you will be getting? What if none of us were even together and we all came in for morning coffee, would you also tell us to call first? Second off, we did warn them and we shouldn't have to call every Tuesday to basically get "permission" to come in. Also to add, no one was being demanding and we all didn't mind waiting a little longer to get our orders. However, we waited for OVER AN HOUR for a coffee and toast. Some even waited OVER AN HOUR for a WATER.

The young man working the checkout and helping the owner, was very polite and kept apologizing to us. However, THE OWNER OF BBLB literally pushed business out the door today. A group of 10-15 ladies will no longer be coming weekly to support you, and for that I am sorry for you.

I really hope, no one ever has to go through a bad experience like we did today. So many of us then felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed, a meetup we use as a weekly get away and destresser was exactly the...

I love this spot. The atmosphere is really unique yet comfortable, the product quality is high, prices are...low actually, location is unfortunate but easy enough to drive to.

This is the best coffee I've had in Texas. They brew traditional espresso and drip coffee drinks as well as any place I've been to and better than 99% of them anyway. The food menu is efficient, it covers all bases for a cafe AND everything is tasty. The food gives me the impression of care and freshness. Like something my mom would make for me at home, but from a professional kitchen. I see a lot of families coming here for breakfast, always a good sign, and I personally couldn't recommend it enough. It's super rare to find GREAT coffee and GREAT food all under one roof. Most places can do one or the other, but not both so kudos to BBLB! They really take care and pride in their business...

I've been here twice. First visit was normal and hit my craving for Lavender coffee.

2nd visit, I waited 30 minutes for a lukewarm grilled cheese and cold fruit to come out (point is, simple food to cook), and then another 5 minutes for our 3 steamed milked based drinks.

I dont know exactly where the hick up is, since I was enveloped in containing an explorative 1 year old. There were a lot of people who left during my time there and still more there. I ordered to go and didn't expect a 35 minute wait for my items. The food was good, and both times the coffee was good. The service fluctuated, and it happened to be a day I couldn't wait 35 minutes for food and coffee. They have really unique options for drinks. I might go back, however, I'm not pre-tipping for...
