Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Temple

Long John Silver’s is a great spot for classic fried seafood at an affordable price. I recently visited and was pleased with the overall experience. Been to this location several times now. Always clean, and staff is always friendly. Food is 99% of the time hot and fresh. Like with any service industry you will have off days so not really worried about those days.

I've written a review for here before but wanted to edit it as I have been here a few times now. The staff member Tammy has always been there everytime I am. I really look forward to seeing her as she is friendly and very positive. She truly cares about the customers and makes sure they are okay. She is also always keeping busy by helping customers or cleaning. The conversations we have are also pleasant.

The rest of the staff is also very friendly and diligent. Seriously, I have never had a bad experience here. I am glad Long John Silvers is still around and making great food. The chicken and especially the hushpuppies will always be one of my favorite meals when I need a pick...

We visited the store #70103 3210 s 31st street Temple, Tx We pulled up to the drive thru. The man on the speaker offered if we wanted to order what ever they usually offered. We informed him we had 2 separate orders & would be paying separately. We both had Free 1 pc fish & fries w/purchase of a large drink for taking surveys. We started to order & go not response, no reply we waited a couple of minute then drove to window. We knocked, no reply. Went to the door, no reply, called, no reply. That was 2 sales lost & in the end I'm not sure either of us will return any time in the near future with or without a "free" offer. So disappointed! I hope the schedule will be evaluated to see who this employee is,, hold them accountable & customer service retaining...
