Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Tennessee

Got to Moe’s at 8:35pm: It closes at 9pm. So plenty of time to sit down and eat. But you couldn’t have hey already had the chairs turned over on the tables. Then when you walk in no one said welcome to Moe’s just frowns. The employees were not customer service friendly. Then ordered my food and getting ready to play and I noticed that they had already put the salsa up. So I ask it there was salsa. The girl checking me out said no, we have already put it up. But it’s not 9pm. So y’all are still open for business. But she never said oh I can still get you some. So I had to ask, Do you have some salsa available over there where the food is made up? The girl look at me like get your food and leave but she didn’t but it did take a minute to answer. So as I was sitting in my car in front of the door. Another customer came in to order then after she left I seen one of the employees come and lock the door after the lady walked out. I looked at my watch and it was 8:50pm. Now how is it you close at 9pm but your putting stuff up at 8:30pm. That’s like refusing service to customers. I was very unhappy with the Moe's in Mt Juliet, TN. If you order from door dash your order will likely be wrong. It’s happened multiple times. Normally if you order a meal with a side of chips you get the side of chips. If you order queso and chips in addition they just ignore the first batch. Today was especially bad. I ordered two of the same burritos from door dash. One arrived normal. The other arrived completely deconstructed. Like no tortilla. It was just the ingredients in a plastic tub. I searched the receipt high and low hoping that maybe I keyed a weird entry but no. UNSANITARY, DISGUSTING, & SLOW. Did a pickup order & for an order that had two things and should’ve have been completed or at least worked on by the time I got there took 25 minutes sitting in the lobby. In that time I heard and saw this black man with glasses on the heavier side who was incompetent to say the least with his no sense of urgency sneeze, blow his nose, cough while directly over the food about 5 DIFFERENT times!! Never once washing his hands. So unsanitary!!!This morning I woke up with a sick and a sore throat! Wish the department of food safety would shut this place down.
