Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Tennessee

I hate leaving a negative review- but I’m kind of tired of ordering in the app, getting told at the box to “scoot on around” then get to the window and then act like my drink was never even looked at until I reach the window (which sometimes is closer to 15 minutes depending on the traffic there). This last time I ordered ahead, got there and of course there was a line. Waited and when I got to the window the girl asked if I had a small coffee- I said nope I’m the mobile order. She said she couldn’t find my order, so I pulled out my app and showed her it was ordered 17 minutes prior and she said oh there it is, go pull up to the stop sign and I’ll bring it out. So when I give my name or code at the menu they never even look at it, not until I get to the actual window? So I pulled up to the stop sign wait 10 more minutes and they bring out a drink that didn’t even order. I showed her on the app and she was annoyed. I told her never mind I’m already late for work at this point and I’d rather just get a refund. She said okay I’ll get that done right now, it will go back to your scooters account. Well it didn’t and because there is no way to actually contact a person- I had to go on the website and submit a complaint for not getting my drink or my money back. Ordering ahead should mean the once you actually get there, your drink goes in the queue to be made, not wait until the person makes it...

First time going to Scooter's Coffee today because I was told they were good. My daughter likes cake pops. We were told they sold them. Went through the drive-thru even though they have two lanes service was still kind of slow. I ordered my daughter the cake pops & me a cinnamon roll for $3.95. I mentioned price of cinnamon roll because it was not worth that amount. It was like rolled light bread. Ewww. It didn't even have that much icing on it. I didn't even eat it, just broke off a little piece for taste & Yes! It tastes like light bread. For the price thought it would of at least been good. Also, it was small the size of the ones you get at grocery store in multi pack. I could of went to Aldi's & got some. They're good & worth the money. The cake pops were & $5.95 or $5.99 for 2. That's not bad because they're usually expensive at these coffee places. All together I spent $10.47. I was very disappointed. Just expected more in appearance, taste, & quality. They did not deliver. Will not be going to any Scooter's Coffee locations. I'd rather get something from a gas station if traveling or a grocery store. Bottom line, not a bad place, just not for me. I absolutely love scooter's coffee, however I'm only giving it a three because the app has major glitches and they are aware of it and yet nothing is done. I did an order through the app to pick up in the Drive-Thru and the app processed and charged me for my order twice. The manager in the drive-thru said refunds can only come through corporate and she took my information and it's been almost 2 weeks and still no refund. I have reached out to corporate through emails etc and still no response. I realize it's only $12.99 but it's the fact that they are not responding and are not refunding when the customer did not get that order but was charged extra. I absolutely love the coffee and so far the service at this location has been good but sadly corporate itself is making me review this at a lower star just because of the fact they know the app has issues and they won't even respond and...
