Panda Express — Restaurant in Knoxville

10/07/2023 Wanted something besides a hamburger but didn’t want to dine-in at my fancy favorites. I was so very disappointed in my order at Panda Express in Powell, TN because they were out of more than half of what was on the menu. I settled for Orange Chicken and fried rice which is usually a good choice and I opted for an Apple Pie treat and Diet Coke (they were out of Coke Zero also.). The young man working the drive-up window was fabulously kind and respectful while apologetical for the unavailable items. After leaving with my purchase I took a drink of my soda and was horrified by the taste! It was as if it had other soda flavors mixed in with the carbonated sugar from the fountain and some teriyaki . It was just too gross to drink. I was happy that the fried rice was delicious! My orange chicken was ok, eatable, but not fantastic. So overall I was terribly disappointed with my experience. I wondered if the store was out of stock because of going out of business or if they just stayed so busy they sold out fast? I’m unsure if I will go back and I wish I could...

I placed a call in order and called to let the store know I had placed a call in order and was out in the parking lot waiting and couldn't come inside due to their lobby doors being locked. I was told I needed to get in the drive through line that was lined up and wrapped around the building. I politely told Irish once again that I had placed a call in order and had already purchased my order online with a credit card. Irish then asked me "do you want cold or hot food?" I was extremely confused and politelyasked why did I need to wait in a long line considering a already placed and paid for an order? She then proceeded to tell me she and other workers were very stressed out and I told her that was sorry but that wasn't my problem and all I wanted was my food I orderedand had already paid for . I've never been treated so rude by this company and particular store. Word gets around fast and I have also put a complaint into corporate as well. No wonder this store has...

I placed 3 orders on the app. I bought the $30 gift card from panda express online. I tried to use it on the app but it would not accept it. I had to use it in store. The cashier, Grecia, I believe was her name, was very unfriendly and repeatedly remarked (at least 5 times) during my order and upon receiving my order that they will close the lobby at 9:30 SHARP. I wanted to order different kinds of chicken for our family meal but she told me their kitchen was closed even though their drive through did not close for another hour. I had to settle for chicken I do not like. I had placed my first orders at 8:37 and did not receive them until after 9:10pm-9:15pm Which only gave my wife, 5 children and I less than 20 minutes to eat because she made clear we needed to leave...
