Horrid Experience!!!I wouldn't even give you one star if I didn't have to! I had gotten a coupon in the mail several months ago and I have been waiting for just the right time to use it. Well that day was today......or so I thought. I went through the drive-thru and the lady greeted and asked what we wanted. I said I needed a couple of minutes, and she said ok. Then as we were trying to decide, she asked if we needed any help. I asked her to quit being so pushy, and then not even a minute later, she was asking if we were ready to order. I have never gone to a drive thru where they were so RUDE AND PUSHY!!!!!! the girls were very rude. we got there 10 minutes before close and they made out drink incorrectly. we payed for peanut butter to be added and there was none in it. we just asked for a side of peanut butter to put in ourself because we understood the time but she asked for the original one back, so we gave her it and when we got it, it tasted worse. it tasted like ice and peanut butter mixed. then the girl said something to the other girl and her jaw dropped as if she told her what she did to our drink. it was on 4/21 at about 9:50. oh and also all of this and our smoothie was $10. did i sit the smoothie in front of the door because it tasted undrinkable? absolutely. if they want to stop making smoothies at 9:50 they need to close at...

My fiancé and I have recently come a lot due to the amazing drinks, foods, and service. But, recently we have been getting bad service a couple times by a drive through worker named Kennedy. The first time we had her hand us our drinks she was not very nice, super rude, very very bad attitude, sour face, didn’t smile or say anything, but when she did her attitude was super rude. She made the past great experience now awful. The second time she was rude as well, didn’t seam to want to deal with anyone and just a sour looking expression on her face, definitely looked liked she hated her job.
