T.C.'s Grill — Restaurant in Maryville

The best diner food I've ever had, really. The chicken fried chicken topped with white gravy is my go-to. The wife tries something different every time we go and everything is always good. I don't like tomatoes, but love their fried green tomatoes and always get them as an appetizer (get the jalapeno ranch sauce). Their sweet tea is hit or miss, but when it hits it's good. We always try to request Jess as our waitress (she's great), but the rest of their wait staff is top notch if you can't get her. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that I wish they would have padding on their booth seats. They have it for your back, but that's not where it's needed. After sitting for a minute it gets uncomfortable. But their food is an A++ and keeps us coming back from our 1.5 hour...

Today I popped in here because I was in the area, and I had never been before. I had fried shrimp with a sweet potato and a root beer. The food was great! So the reviews aren't wrong there. They said I could sit anywhere that was open, so I picked a booth. It was dirty, but I figured they'd clean it off after I sat down. Nope. They never offered to clean off the table, so I just slid down to the cleaner side. That's the only reason I took off stars. If they can keep the place a little cleaner, I will definitely be back for the food. I went...

We love T.C.’s Grill! The food is always fresh and delicious! They have a daily special almost every day and you can have breakfast anytime. The chicken tenders are made with fresh (not frozen) chicken. And fish is cooked fresh, also. We ate here last night after a long day of having work done on the house and I didn’t want to cook. I got the taco salad special which was delicious and hubby got a hamburger and baked potato. Quick and convenient! Homestyle cooking...
