Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Tennessee

It saddens me that after years of giving this place 5 stars, I am changing it to 1. I ordered online last night about 10-15 minutes before I got there. When I pulled through the drive thru, I was told to pull up. I waited for 15 minutes while they serviced several other guests, and then I went inside to see what the issue was. I told them I had an order for pick up and she asked me the name and then told them I was there and that it would be a few minutes. I told her that I had already been waiting 15 minutes and asked how much longer it would be. She turned around and bagged someone else's order, stood there for a moment, then turned back around and told me it would be a minute. They serviced other guests while I waited, but most of the time there was a gathering of 3-4 employees standing around talking while the cooks were laughing and making jokes. After waiting 15 more minutes, I finally got my order, which was a total of approximately 45 minutes after I ordered it. I was never given a reason as to why my order took so long, and considering that it was chicken and fries, I am very confused. Did none of the other people they were servicing while I waited order chicken and fries? I find this very unlikely. If I had known it would take 30+ mins, I would not have ordered. What is the point of online ordering if it takes even longer when you get there? I have never been treated like this before and do not understand why this happened. No one else was pulled up or waiting and they were obviously slow enough to joke around and talk with their coworkers, no one was in a hurry at all. I will never visit this Zaxbys again! I ordered my food to be cooked fresh 30 minutes before me arriving. I informed the person who tooked my order that would be there in 15 mins. He told me that my food would be ready when I arrived.When I arrived I had to wait an additional 15 mins . I was the only customer in the restaurant and my food was awful , horrible and terrible! Everytime I visit this location im usually the only person in the lobby and there service and food is probably the reason!The traditional wings was very dry and hard and tasted old and my fries was stale and dry.Its usually when I go in the evening. I had to get a refund.The atmosphere and environment was terrible as well. Theres a bunch of teenagers that work there, just standing around texting and streaming on there cell phones. I will never go back to that location and that's not the first time that happened but it will be the last! The Mount Juliet location is one of the worst I been to ! I been to several locations throughout Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. My opinion is the Hermitage location is the best in Middle Tennessee and the Zaxbys location on Fort Campbell Blvd in Clarksville, TN ,my food is always hot and fresh everytime I visit them. In Southern Kentucky the best Zaxbys location is Franklin the same goes for them. My food is always hot and fresh everytime...

We dined in here at Zaxby's. Rating in comparison to other fast food. Zaxby's is a great little location. The interior of the restaurant was clearly defined as to which booths were open and which booths were closed. They also had a table dedicated for Uber eats and other delivery folks.

The food was certainly good and whoever helped us at checkout was great as well offering insight since it was our first time there. I love the multi-select soda machine inside as it lets you select a huge variety of soda that tastes great!

Only feedback was that the sauces didn't come with fries and we had to purchase them separately. Napkins and ketchup were of request only as well. I'm thinking this is covid-19 precautions, so I wouldn't put too much weight...
