LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I hope there is enough room here for me to put all the things about Ginger Ales that makes me heart (and tummy) “bubbly”! First of all every time I come through the drive-through here the customer service is second to none. The drive-through is fast, efficient, and everyone seems to enjoy their job a lot. They always wish me a “bubbly” day upon receiving my order, which I think is an adorable touch and I know sometimes I can be embarrassing to say because I too work with customers and customer service- and they all say it with a big smile. The next thing I would have to give compliments to is the menu, of course. I obviously could never run out of drinks and drink combinations to have from this place in a lifetime. The only reason I gave four stars on the food aspect is because they don’t have a very big food menu, it just isn’t the main focus of their business, which would be their incredible drink menu. I will say about the food menu though, my teenage boys love the breakfast BuddiEZ (texas rolls with sausage egg and cheese or bacon egg and cheese inside) and also the hot dog BuddiEZ (hot dogs, regular or pack of 4 mini wrapped in texas roll). And they both recommend getting the nacho cheese to go with them! Also on the menu is a bunch of little snacks (such as fresh large pretzels, nachos & cheese and candy items)and I love getting some string cheese to snack on for lunch. The other highlight of the food menu would have to be Dippin dots cause where else can you get Dippin Dots?!? Now, Back to the drinks. I have my entire workplace hooked on drinks from this place. we order anything from a sweet tea with marshmallow flavoring (AAAMAZING) to Boba drinks with an energy shot and real fruit mix ins. One of my favorites that they have on their menu all the time is the Butter Beer Cream. Take my advice and if you order it, go ahead and order a large because you’re gonna regret getting the smaller size really quickly. it is extremely sweet so if you don’t like things that are too sweet you may not like it as much as I do. it is root beer as the base drink with butterscotch and caramel syrup and cold cream to make it frothy. I’m just stuck on these!! But there’s so many different combinations and they do have seasonal specials. They typically have a array of Boba to choose from and it is the bursting Boba so it’s fruity and flavorful, not like the tapioca Boba. so make sure if you’re interested in that to ask what flavors they have available. Overall there’s not enough time or space for me to tell you how much I love this place but definitely check them out! I went to Ginger Ale's today to get our normal Saturday order. A Pina Coloda freeze with vanilla sweet cream blended in. When we reached the pick up window we were handed two cups. That said whip cream added on the side. I knew they were wrong. The dribe thu was packed so i wasnt going to argue and just take them but I took a drink and the liquid wasn't even cold. When the girl came back to the window I apologized for being a pest but told her the order was wrong. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong and argue with me before backing away from the window and shrugging her shoulders. Basically letting me know she had nothing more to say. When I explained that I come here often and even if I was wrong the liquid was still warm syrup. I asked if she would please remake them. She rolled her eyes walked away without a word and came back with a different employee. Who I then explained myself to again. The 2nd employee knew exactly what was wrong handled it professionally and fixed the issue for us and apologized and said she would be right back with our drinks. The first girl who argued with me then slammed the pick up window in our face and I never saw her again. The 2nd employee quickly brough us our drinks and was very polite. Hi, i’ve been a regular customer since you have opened your store, however the way my mother I was treated was unacceptable today. If you want customers to use the coins (ones we got last time the order messed up) you give out you need to specify that in your drive thru, don’t be rude about it. You also need to fix your speaker as we clearly spoke several times in what we wanted and we were still treated awful! We were talked down to at the first window because they couldn’t hear us saying “Red Bull”. After about 30 seconds she asked, “is that all?”, we thought they got the order down. We get to the first window and we double checked that they got everything, and Brittany? (that’s the name on the receipt)was like “you need to tell us when you order.” Which, we did. I didn’t want to start anything the last time she talked to us like that because i thought maybe she had a bad day, but it just seems like we’re an inconvenience/burden just because they couldn’t hear us and didn’t know how to use discount coins. I’m not a confrontational person, i like treating others how I wish to be treated, but i wasn’t going to be okay with someone talked to my mother the way she did.
