I expect them to be slow. We always order online and show up late because we know they won't have the food ready on time and we have accepted that. Tonight however was unreal. I showed up ten minutes after the app said it was ready. There were people all of the way out the door complaining about the service. I told them I had a mobile order and stood where their mobile order sign was. I waited another ten minutes. In the mean time someone brought food in from the drive thru and started pulling food out of the bag complaining it wasn't her order and she was touching the onion rings and everything. The lady took the bag, realized it was a door dash order and stuck the door dash sticker on the bag after putting everything back in it that the customer had her hands all over. I later just asked for a refund and the guy behind the counter outright said no. Then he said he didn't know I had a mobile order and it had been in the back the whole time. It was a large bag as it was for my family. I counted everything and it seemed to be there. I asked him if the queso and gravy were in the boxes of chicken and he said everything was in there. So I left. When I got home there were no sauces at all in any of the containers and I tried calling, their voicemail box was not set up and they aren't answering the phone. I won't be returning. And I went often because one of my son's classmates works there and I just love her to death. It's quite unfortunate. Horrible experience. Read moreWalked in and went to the bathroom. It immediately smelled like the toilets overflowed. After getting in line, I see about 5 workers just sitting around doing nothing. When I went to order, thy said they were out of it. I ordered the New York cheesecake blizzard instead. After 5 minutes of waiting, he cashier comes out and says they are out of the filling for it. When we get our food, we sit down to eat t and realize we got about 10 cheese curds in one box for 4 dollars. NOT WORTH IT. When we went to ask for more, they said they couldn't do that. When we asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do that either. Basically we paid almost 1 dollar per bite. Then we saw our buffalo chicken snack wrap had half a piece of chicken in it and wasn't even filled all the way. My order was taken and I was given a receipt and stepped aside and then waited for almost 20 minutes. I watched as all of the drive thru cars kept moving and I watched as people that came inside got their order and left. As I stepped up to find out what was happening with my order I heard the girl who took my order tell the girls working thru the drive thru that they took her order twice all while laughing about it. I understand that accidents happen but it was her response once she did hand me my order that proves why fast food doesn't need an hourly wage in the double digits !!!!
