7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Terre Haute

When we first started coming here, everything was so well organized — the line moved quickly, everyone was friendly, and the drinks were consistent. A few weeks ago, I ordered a raspberry lemonade that was a light purple color, and it was so good. When I came back a few days later, the same drink was bright red. I asked about it and was told they have one syrup (the red) full-time, but the purple one is used as a substitute when they run out. Unfortunately, the red version just doesn’t taste good. When I asked if I could have the purple syrup again, the manager came out and rather rudely told me they couldn’t order it anymore. Honestly, if a substitute drink isn’t going to be available again, customers shouldn’t be given it as an option in the first place. What happened? Three Saturdays in a row we have gone to this location. It's a little pick me up for us. When we went on sep 6 and the week before it was amazing. Today sep 13, it was awful. There was nobody in the extra line in front of Burlington to direct traffic. There were employees standing around talking instead of taking orders or moving cars. After waiting in line 15 mins, the girl trying to take our order couldn't use our number for rewards and when we asked why she gave us attitude and said it is her second day. She rushed us through our order and then our card wouldn't work. Instead of trying it on another device they kept trying to make that one work. The rewards were not loading and the payment didn't load obviously there was something wrong with the tablet. I have gone to this 7brew location twice and both times my coffee has tasted absolutely awful. The coffees I ordered, were coffees I had already tried from a different 7brew where I LOVED the coffee so I was excited to have our own in town. I went last night with my friend and I had warned her the last time I went my coffee tasted extremely burnt and nothing like it was supposed to..but we decided to try again and it was a total waste of $15 and a total letdown. I have been to other several locations being in Indianapolis all the way to St. Louis and not once have I had an issue with my coffee tasting burnt or bitter. Please do better Terre...
