Just went there in 8/4 at 8:16pm, went through drive through. Parked right in front on the speaker for almost 10 minutes or more saying Hello at least 3-4 times. No response, had cars in the back about 2-3 cars waiting so me and my hubby decided maybe the speaker thing doesn’t work. Went up the first window and was told by the man that we had to go back around the drive through again to order or walk inside cause he takes only money and the other window give the items.after letting him know we were literally waiting a while and being in front of the speaker he said yeah it happens alot to customers but then ask what I need to order. Only a cone and banana split. He want to the front and a lady came back telling me the same go around and im have my headset on???????? I told her we never had a problem before cause she said you in a truck????? She kept sayi g yeah i don’t know what to tell you other than go back in the drive through line and im have my headset on and listen for your order????? Im VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY ARE SO LAZY AND MAKING ME GO BACK IN LINE FOR A SMALL ORDER THAT SHE COULD HAVE TAKE IN LESS THAN 3 minutes…. Read moreWhat happened to the great service? This was one of my favorite places to visit in Terrell. We would bring visiting family by just to show them what great Texas customer service looked like. Now I have to ask after tonight's visit, " what happened to the great service"? We pulled to the drive thru to order and were asked to wait for a moment, after seven minutes my wife asked if we should go somewhere else. The person must have heard our conversation and asked us to order. My wife began to place the order, after each item the young lady abruptly said " is that all". When we pulled to the window the young lady at the soda fountain gave us a very visible irritated look. The other young lady at the register was nice , but then handed us a bag with an incomplete order. She quickly realized the mistake and asked for the bag back. When our order was finished my wife's salid was missing silverware, and the burgers were wrapped in a way that was sloppy at best.
We love Braums. It truly pains me to wright a bad review, but I look forward to the great service and was so let down.

Read moreI've never been to a braums before, this was a bad first experience. Understaffed, terrible service all around. No one was at the grocery counter so I took my couple items to the ice cream side since I wanted a cone anyway. No one acknowledged me for awhile then I was passed off repeatedly because no one wanted to answer my questions (many of the flavors inside the cooler didn't have labels, there is no comprehensive list on the wall, and unfortunately I'm not psychic). I asked and was told by a young guy employee that I would be able to checkout at the register there. However, by the time I got my ice cream and to the register the young lady there informed me she couldn't check me out on that side and I'd have to take the items back over to grocery. Once back over to grocery and through the line the person at the register was clearly exasperated and talked only about how hard her day had been and that none of the areas have enough people. I went in for a couple things and to enjoy a little ice cream, what I got was an exhausting run around that took 40 minutes...
