Lemme just start off with if I could give my experience zero stars I would, we arrive with a party of 7 and they tell us it’ll be a 45-55min wait, no biggie it’s a new place barely been open ofc it’s gonna be busy. About an hour later we ask how much longer the wait was and get told we’ve been assigned a table but they are waiting on that party to leave. After another 10mins we ask are there any other alternative tables we can be sat at and they tell us no there’s only 3 tables that can accommodate our party (it’s only circle booths). 10 more mins they tell us the party left n they are gonna clean it that it should be about 5-10 mins before we get seated…15 mins later we got told they are cleaning the table again?? We are confused considering we were just told they were cleaning it already. We finally got sat a couple mins later. Upon the waitress (Dani) coming who genuinely looked like she didn’t wanna be there we placed our drink orders. We waited quite some time and finally got them and placed our food order. We waited again a long time finished about 2-3 more baskets of chips n by this time half of us finished our drinks and are waiting for refills. 2 different ppl come bring out our food 1 of them being a manager himself. 2 of the 4 plates that were brought out were cold and one of them wasn’t even the right order. That left me and 2 other ppl waiting on their order. 5ish minutes later they bring 2 more plates out and we are still waiting on 1 more plate. Mind you we are still waiting to ask for refills. They would just put the food down and walk away before asking us if we needed anything else. Atp the last person is upset because he hasn’t gotten his food so when our original waitress comes back we ask her about the order and for refills and extra sauce. She comes back with our drinks missing the extra sauce but not his food saying it’ll be just a min. We started a timer to see how long it would be before his food finally came out. About 10mins later the manager brings his food out, ofc he ask for it to be put in a to-go box because everyone else is finished eating and ready to go. The manager is gone for 5+mins with the food and by this time we are getting ready to pay so we ask for another manager. We express how the service was a terrible experience for our first time going. Immediately the manager starts getting defensive and we can see him visibly shaking, we tell him we’ll still pay for the meal but we wanted him to understand how with their being 3 managers on site and it not being a big building how services are this terrible. We pay and they finally bring the last order back to us and we leave. I understand that while yes it’s a new restaurant it’s only been open a week it’s being ran like y’all are open for the first time with zero training. Definitely need better management. Also side note the food was subpar everything just tasted salty...
Read moreTo start of it is understandable for the place to be busy as they just opened, we came in with a party of 7 got told we would be seated within a hour after that hour passed we had asked to see if there was any update as to how long we may have left, they told us that they were cleaning up the table and we would be seated shortly, after about another 20 minutes we checked again for the table and were told that we were assigned a table already but they were waiting for the party to leave. After about 15 more minutes we asked if there was any way we may be seated at a different table and they said no that they could not allow us to sit anywhere but the big party sections (a round booth). After that we were told that they were starting to get the table cleaned up for us and it would be 5 minutes. Once we finally got seated we had a very rude waitress who did not look like they wanted to be there and had an attitude for whatever reason, we had to wait a good bit before receiving drinks after we got our drinks and placed the order for our food it took a long time for the food to come out and once the food did actually come out it was served cold except for the fajita plates. We got one incorrect order but we could not let the waitress know because she never seemed to return to work, slowly the rest of the food came out and we were left with 1 person in our party with no food(myself) and when i asked about my food with the 3rd waitress that had been to our table to leave food went to ask our waitress which she came and aaid it would be a minute which i didn’t receive my food until 20 minutes later after everyone had finished their food. Of course being upset and hungry i just asked for the food in a to go box when the manager FINALLY brought my food. After 10 more minutes we still hadn’t got the to go box but sure enough they brought the ticket. When we asked to speak to the manager we were informed that there was 3 managers there who were just standing around. Unfortunately this experience was such a horrible experience i hope they find people who want to be there. Wasted a good...
Read moreThis has got to be the WORST service and food I've ever had. My friend and I that went BOTH couldn't stop getting sick all night and so far into the next day! The male waiter was not friendly whatsoever. It was like he was bothered with getting a patio table even though multiple parties were on the patio and there were multiple tables open. We were towards the end of dinner time (about 1.5 hours before closing) and got done at a decent time. It was a long wait for drinks to get refilled... sauces to get refilled when food wasn't out yet... we even had a different waiter come to the table for more chips who started being friendly with us and we honestly AT FIRST wanted our tip to go to him. THEN he was talking about the different sauces and we asked about the white one. He told us and showed us this hand signal with his arms down... thumb touching thumb... pointer finger touching the other pointer finger which we found weird. He said corporate called and said that is the symbol for the white sauce and everyone knows it. My friend and I just smiled and went about our dinner. When leaving, we both looked at each other and thought it was an inappropriate quite odd interaction. When trying to confirm what we thought, we found out it was a vulgar hand signal for a vagina. I'm not sure what that guy was thinking but the whole dinner experience between that guy and our waiter just made us feel uncomfortable. Trying to lighten the mood and show gratefulness we kept saying "thank you" to our waiter, but he glared at us and never acknowledged it. and made it more awkward. As for the food, it was cold and well it got my friend and I sick for well over 24 hours. When paying i asked for a to go drink since I had quite a drive home... we waited around. He began cleaning off another table completely forgetting about us probably wondering why we haven't left yet. We had to ask a female waiter. She sent someone to get him and he finally got it. We still left before...
