So unwelcoming. Upon arrival a couple and I approached the door at the same time. The Gentleman opened the door for myself and his partner to enter . I entered First , the couple of opposite race followed . Already on the sales floor an older Gentleman greets the couple , points out several items then proceeds to walk behind the Cashier counter . I looked the salesman in his eyes (the older ) anticipating the same courtesy he initiated the guest that walked in behind me . Unfortunately I didnāt receive any gestures or acknowledgment from any of the 3 that was behind the sales counter on 6/30/2023. I was disgusted but yet anxious to keep my word about the birthday gift that was promised and purchased. James Avery Charms arenāt the only options for telling stories. I came here on Saturday to pick up an online order and the sales lady was rude. She was a chubby, mid 20ās, (maybe) hispanic lady that had a horrible attitude. I came with my sister and she immediately asked for an id, which I understand, but she couldāve said it nicer. She probably saw me young and thought I was there to fool around, after she got my online order she threw my sisters bracelet on the little display plate they have, she should be extremely grateful I kept my cool because I was super close to causing a seen. I told the employee my needs & she proceeds to help me very sarcastically, many unnecessary comments were made. I return the same week because my charm was scrapped when getting placed & upon telling him my concerns he proceeds to say thereās nothing they have nothing that cause that as he takes my bracelet to the back while shaking his head with a bad attitude.
