Here I am in 2025 ( 3 years later) and the salon still is not the best. I booked an appointment with employee stylist Kori P. I was received and checked in right away. She is very nice and sweet BUT I was dissatisfied with my haircut. She definitely needs alot more practice with blow outs ( Unless she was being lazy with me) but she left my hair damp and was too frizzy. To the point where I couldn’t see my final haircut results. I requested long layers and curtain bangs which I don’t know if she didn’t understand but I did not get. My hair looks just cut in a blunt shape with uneven front layers. It sucks that this location cannot hire good constant hair staylists. Defeats the purpose of having one to close to home. JUST BEWARE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

( This Review was Left in 2022) This would have been my second time getting a haircut at the salon. My first experience was amazing, so i decided to book again with them. The girl that cut my hair last time no longer works there, so I decided to give Connie a shot. My appointment was at 4:15 PM and I arrived at 4:13PM. She checked me in and told me it would be a few minutes while she finished up her last client. I waited patiently and even decided to go buy some makeup that I needed. Check my phone and it was already 4:35PM and she wasn’t near done with her other client. She didn’t realize my husband was sitting in the chair in the waiting area and he overheard Connie conversation. The client sitting down told her “I'm sorry for making you run over time for your other appointment” and Connie responded with “It’s okay she can wait”. First of all my time is valuable as well as a valued customer and 2nd of all what is the point of making an appointment if your not going to honor them. I canceled my appointment and left. It sucks that I used my day off to make time for this appointment and didn’t even get to get it. Never felt so undervalued as a customer and won’t be using their salon...

This was my first time stepping into a cosmetics/beauty store ever and I had a great experience! I had an employee help me (not sure if she gave me her name and I don't remember it or not, if you told me I apologize for forgetting) with matching foundation to my skintone, I am very very light skinned with cystic acne and rosacea so I needed something with a lot of coverage, I decided on MAC as I've heard they're a very reputable brand. I was initially trying one of their foundations that isn't as full coverage, she asked me if I had anything in mind that I was looking for and I mentioned wanting full coverage, so she picked out their newest pro line for me which I have heard great things about (particularly for the coverage, I would have grabbed it myself too only I had no idea what I was looking at as I'm not used to beauty stores) and she tried several shades on me and was honest about how she felt they matched my skintone (I really appreciate that!) She also let me know that if I wasn't 100% satisfied with the match that I could return the bottle for free so long as it wasn't less than half full.

I also grabbed some Paul Mitchell Super Smooth Relaxing Balm for my hair that frizzes like crazy in the humid Texas climate!

The real kicker though was I went there with my mother in law who had ULTA points from using the ULTA credit card and used them on our purchase, we paid $1.05 for over $100 worth of stuff! I am sold! I'll definitely come back and probably pick...

Came in today to the store and had the most fantastic experience. The sweet lady that helped me was Necca with Too faced. I've came in to this store and the Tyler store trying to find the correct shade of foundation several times. Each time I left with a foundation and every time had to return the foundation because it just didn't look right once I got home. Today something told me to stop in at Ulta since I was in the area (I live in Lindale which is an hour away) and I'm so glad I did. Necca took the time to actually apply a foundation on my whole face so I could see it instead of the little strip sample on they do on side of face. She is amazing at what she does and was so patient with me. I'm a dummy when it comes to makeup. We spent over an hour together of her showing me how to apply everything. There was no rushing and I could tell she loves what she does. If your ever in the area stop by and ask for Necca because she will totally take care of you and get you what you need. I left there with Too face primer, foundation, and concealer. I'm so excited about this makeup and feel confident that I will be able to apply it like she did.
