FENG CHA TERRELL — Restaurant in Terrell

Ordered 2 dirty bobas and pointed at the large crème brûlée dirty boba poster, a monterosa cake and a Pyramid mouse. Got regular dirty boba. Not crème brûlée. I guess I take the blame since I didn’t say it out loud. However, I noticed that I couldn’t taste the tea in the drink, and realized I was never asked what kind of tea we wanted, if any at all. 2. Both desserts came straight out of the freezer and practically frozen, we could even see ice on the top of the monterosa cake. Could barely cut slices of the cakes due to how hard the desserts were, and they do not supply knives. To add on, we weren’t warned/made aware that our desserts would be served frozen, especially since we were eating in. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve never had this problem..I’m for sure not visiting this...

The staff is stand offish especially the heavy set young lady with the two plaits. She gave off an unpleasant attitude! I asked for oat milk due to dairy allergen she was about to pour regular milk! The guy had to correct her and she smiled like it was a joke. She wouldn’t verify if their taro tea powder had dairy. It was a mess. I wanted to love this location but will not be going back! I will still go to the one in rockwall! The unpleasant nasty nonchalant attitude and atmosphere was...

Positive boba tea experience here. Staff explained the ingredients very well. Had cafe latte with CHEESE FOAM on top; you must try the cheese foam on top for extra 1.50. Was super good; especially with chinese kpop style music playing in background. Just wish the cups were bigger. Cups are deceivingly tall but skinny ... or it could be the larger holed straws make it feel like drink did not...
