Low-class store where you will be treated like a criminal. We normally don't shop this store because of poor customer service experiences here and at sister stores, and it was a mistake to stop in. Shelia in the dressing room area did not disappoint. She chased us down raising her voice shouting like a crazy person because she we didn't see her to check in. We didn't even realize she worked there because she was too busy talking with a friend to acknowledge us as customers. We waited for 5 to 10 minutes for anyone to address or instruct us before helping ourselves to a dressing room. So her solution was to proceeded to bang down the dressing room door trying to open it on my undressed daughter! The manager was no help either trying explain away the incident as my fault. Initially, when walking in, you get this sense of an almost upscale department store, considering the layout. But overall, the prices aren’t great when you factor in the Chinese sweatshop quality. Amid the sea of women’s clothing, I managed to fish out one somewhat decent looking blouse. I don’t know if it’s just the fall “fashions”, but almost everything on the hangers looked atrocious - awkward cuts, disgusting color palettes, and thoroughly unflattering designs. I get it, the media is subverting beauty these days, but you’re not fooling anybody.

Ross, in the same strip mall, may be lackluster in terms of presentation, but at least you’ll pay a bit less for sweatshop garbage, and get more back for your buck in the skincare section.

This store is put together very well and it’s clean. Seems to be stocked okay. They. Don’t have Layway and won’t be getting it at all and if you are a minority you just might get followed around the store by the workers with the thought that you are stealing. It’s sad that discounted places like this stereotype when ALL people steal not just one particular RACE. People work hard everyday and not everybody steals some people actually pay for what they want. So be mindful of that when you are following customers around the store. I would of given the store 5 stars for my experience but being followed around the store...
