MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Terrell

Yesterday was my first time here as we were looking for a sit down pizza place. From the moment we walked in, we felt like there was a toxic atmosphere. Took a long time for employees to say a word to us, and there was negative attitudes throughout our time here, from prepping the pizzas to checking out. Customer service was overall a negative experience.

Looking at the dough and ingredients was a little heartbreaking, and the taste confirmed it. This may have been the worst pizza I've ever had. Sauce was not evenly spread, ingredients tasted cheap, and was not what i was expecting for pizza. My friends and their ypung kids all said the same thing that they did not like their pizzas at all. A cookie we ordered was never given so we had to go up there and get it, of which they forgot.

Suggestions I would have is for the employees to greet customers, put on a smile, and talk politely to the customers. I know this is a chain business, but ingredients need serious TLC. After this experience i would not come back, and i cannot recommend this place to others. Finding local pizza shops would be the best bet when craving pizzas, but even other chain pizza spots...

Went there the other day to pick up a few pizzas for my wife and I. I was greeted and placed my order quickly. The service was great. There was a wait as they were backed up with online orders and several people had already order in front of me. There was one crew member, and no I did not get his name, who apologized for the delay and asked if I wanted a drink while I waited. I took him up on his offer. As I waited he kept me updated on my order and kept apologizing for my delay. He even double checked my order and saw that my wife ordered extra crispy on her pizza. He made sure this happened. Once my order was ready he also comped me two chocolate cakes that they sell for my wait. We go here pretty often because the service is great and fast. The food is ALWAYS delicious. 1st time I went. Did not know how it works but kind of figured it is like Chipotle you can order how you want it. So my order is to go. Waiting not to bad of a wait but my order got mixed up so the gave my pizza to someone ekse who was waiting to eatvat the restaurant so I get called and I saw the to gobwas not mines so I tell the young girl that the pizza is not mines and the guy who they gave my pizza happened to be still waiting looking around so he says thank you for looking. So he gives my pizza back to the girl and I give the boxed pizza to the guy. The young girl said do you need a box. I said yes it's to go. She got upset because I said hmm its to go.
