As I'm reading reviews from 3 and 4 months back with nobody picking up the phone to letting it ring will remain and on going thing for this location... the employee working said she did not hear the phone because it was off the hook as I had called over 30 mins. And both her and the manager still let it stay off the hook until I said "well aren't you going to hang it up properly?" The lady manager said she accidentally did that with her purse but didn't bother to put it back on the hook. I continued to tell her this was not the 1st time it's happened but she's said she was aware of who it was not picking up or just letting it ring when it's the entire team up there not just one person (pointing out who she knew it was) I wouldn't doubt it was her as it's a continuing issue and I hear her yelling in back to the employees reapeating what I just had said but in a rude voice as if she wanted me to hear her. I will take my money else wear. Not worth my time to even make another complaint cause it's landing on deaf ears. When this place begins to lose business i'm sure they'll start to pick up the phone or at least answering until then go else where cause they are rude and very unprofessional and your call will never...
Read moreI ordered a pizza on the app. It said the pizza would be ready between 5:08 and 5:15pm. I get there and wait. I keep refreshing the app. Finally it made it into the oven. Then nothing for the next while. 5:15 comes and goes, I’m late for an appointment. Others have been having issues so I give it a little more time. I’ve already paid. 5:40 and no pizza. I ask for a refund. They don’t offer. They just start looking around for my order. Looking in the oven, on the printer, on the list of orders. I tell them again I want a refund. Finally after going through 3 people, someone comes and enters something into the register and tells me I will get the refund in 5-10 days. That’s it. I ask the guy what actually happened to my order. He tells me they accidentally burnt it and were going to make another. No apology, no sign that my corrected order was actually being made, no compensation for wasting my time. I was disgusted with the whole experience, watching everyone else...
Read moreI don’t get food delivered much at all, but when I do I usually get my food and a decent amount of time. I made a order around 7:20ish and it was supposed to arrive at 7:54. Well it sent me a tracker so I decided to use it. It said it’ll be here in 4 mins but as I continued to check it the arrival time got longer and longer. I continued calling the number provided and continued to get rejected. I called the store at least 10 times and I either got a answer and no one talking or no answer at all so that I could address the issue. So when I got my pizza and other things everything was cold and my breadsticks where opened and exposed. This very unacceptable!!! Not to mention Litlle Caesar’s is only 6 mins away! Horrible!!!
