7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Texarkana

I've patronized this place at least 25 times since the beginning of this year. Well, this morning I made an order and the guy who was giving it to me look directly at me and asked me if this was my order. I told him yes it was. I see him walk all the way back in and someone is holding my drink and then they turned the other way and went somewhere with it. This young guy then comes back out and asks me again if this was my order. I told him again that this was my order, and I asked him where it was because I just saw someone walk off with it. He somehow messed up my order, and I had to sit another three or four minutes and wait for them to make a new one, when I was already late for work. I asked about any type of compensation, and he came back and said the person in charge said no. The customer service here is lacking by a LOT, not to mention all of the fraternizing that goes on which causes customers to have to sit there and wait much longer than they should. I went today for my usual and had my son with me and my total comes out to $14.02. I hand him my cashapp card to pay them get $2 from my purse to tip. I pull up to receive my order and get notification on my phone of $17.02 charged to my cashapp card. I mention this and was blown off. I continue to sit there. The gentleman that took my order and accepted my payment came up and I asked him about my total not mentioning it was $3 off and he instantly said “ I can hand you $3 right now” I didn’t respond to that but asked him for the receipt which he couldn’t provide. Instead he handed me a free medium drink gift card and says “we good?” I am not one to cause a HUGE scene, but also I also think this young gentleman needs to learn his lesson of theft! I went to 7brew for a smoothie after my wisdom teeth removal. We got in the one line with only 2 cars in front of us. The employees started to come out to the car in front of us and chatted away for about 15 mins. There was cars starting to go thru the other line and get there order in and left all the while we are still stuck behind the car they are talking and socializing with. We were second in line by the time they took our order. The employee had already given the drink to the car and still KEPT TALKING FOR 5 mins straight. Cars in the other line have came and went and we were stilling waiting for all the employees to stop talking and getting us our ONE DRINK.
