All In Good Taste Bakery — Restaurant in Texarkana

I just want to say that All In Good Taste Bakery of Texarkana has lost a customer who has been with them for many years...I ordered a three tier birthday cake for my daughter's birthday....my husband picked it up without looking at it....they actually used the printed ink photos and put them on the cake and the ink bled through to the cake.....the cake looked like a child had tried to decorate it, the colors were hideous and the cake was leaning. The toppers were falling off and wires were sticking out of the top of the cake....it looked nothing like the pictures I sent to them...all the writing on the cake was smeared and and you could...

Had them make my daughter a Minnie Mouse cake for her second birthday. It cost me $90 for this cake. It turned out nothing like the picture (which we agreed on that it would look like). Aside from that the time that I was supposed to pick it up was 2:00pm. I get a call the day of her birthday asking if 3:00pm would be an okay time to pick it up. I show up around 3:10 to pick the cake up and they told me that it wouldn't be ready till 3:30 and that the ticket said so. So not only was the cake made not to my specifications but it was also made late. Not worth the money....

I ordered a smash cake for a 1 year photo shoot for my son. I emailed them a picture and everything. The associate who took my order said it would be ready Friday at 10. I go to pick it up and they act as if they never spoke with me. The owner or manager or main baker...whatever her title didn't even come out and apologize. Terrible customer service. I do NOT recommend this place to...
