While Arby's has long been one of my favorite fast food restaurants, I cannot under any circumstance recommend this one. it's unfortunate that this is the only one around, because the service is absolutely terrible. Prior to their recent renovation, the restaurant was filthy and run down, but after the renovation, it only looks rundown from the outside. Despite that improvement, the service is just as bad now as it was before. On multiple occasions, I have gone inside the restaurant, and I cannot see a single employee. I would wait for a few minutes at the counter, and nobody would come. On one occasion, there was an employee at the counter, but they completely ignored me as I stood there. When you try to go through the drive-thru, it is painfully slow. I regret that this is the only Arby's around here, because I do miss eating there, but I refuse to go to this particular location. on the bright side, it is next door to a Firehouse Subs, and I have never had any trouble there after...

Those loaded potato bites were hands down, the tastiest deep-fried nuggets from Heaven that Arby's ever offered.
Gees! After thinking so intensely about how I do enjoy Arby's--and considering I haven't been this month, or worse yet, in the last couple of months--since I can practically taste it as I am typing, come this Friday, I am gonna have to haul myself on over and have a couple of beef and cheddars.
Man oh man, does that sound like a...
Read moreWe went to this location night before last and ordered a Gyro, a Cordon Bleu and the new Loaded Italian with a Large crinkle cut fries. There was hardly any meat on the Italian, the chicken breast was tiny and old and the pita bread on the gyro was hard and had to peel away most of it to have something to be able to eat. And we couldnt eat any of the fries that were given to us. I tried and tried and tried to call the store location bu the phone is consistently busy and then hangs up!! They won't answer the phone. I might as well have driven from the Arkansas side of Texarkana, threw the money out the window and went back home. I'm calling the corp office to file a complaint! Terrible terrible encounter!!! Shame on this location!!!! Arby's use to be our...
