UPDATE!!! 2/21/23
Brandon, the manager of this Domino's pizza place, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of excellent. I had a bad experience on my previous visit, but Brandon immediately took action to fix the issue and ensure that I left the restaurant happy and satisfied.
Not only did he apologize for the inconvenience, but he also personally took care of my order to ensure it was made to my liking. He even offered a free dessert as a gesture of goodwill, which was a delightful surprise and greatly appreciated.
Throughout my interaction with Brandon, he displayed a level of professionalism, kindness, and empathy that is truly rare in today's world. He listened attentively to my concerns and took immediate action to make things right.
In addition to his outstanding customer service, the quality of the food was top-notch. The pizza was freshly made with high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the crust was crispy and delicious.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Domino's pizza place and Brandon's management to anyone looking for a great pizza experience. He truly went above and beyond to make things right and ensured that my experience was a positive one. If you're looking for great pizza and excellent customer service, this is the place to go. A+ all around!
The beef and cheese pizza was outstanding! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the tomato sauce was flavorful without being overwhelming. The beef was cooked to perfection and was both juicy and flavorful, and the cheese was melted just right, providing a gooey and satisfying topping. All in all, this pizza was a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
The onion and beef pizza was equally impressive. The onions were caramelized just right, adding a sweet and savory flavor that complemented the beef perfectly. The crust and sauce were just as good as the beef and cheese pizza, providing a solid base for the toppings to shine. This pizza was a hearty and filling option that left me feeling satisfied and content.
The spinach and onion pizza was a refreshing change of pace from the meat-heavy options. The spinach was cooked just right, adding a healthy and nutritious element to the dish. The onions provided a nice savory flavor that paired well with the spinach, and the cheese and tomato sauce were as delicious as ever. This pizza would be a great option for anyone looking for a vegetarian option that doesn't sacrifice flavor.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by all three of these pizzas. Each one had its own unique flavors and textures, and they were all executed perfectly. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty meat option or a lighter vegetarian choice, these pizzas are sure to satisfy. Highly...
Read moreWe where in town doing other shopping, do not have a Domino's near where we live, so we did a walk in and waited. The employee that waited on us, I would not say rude but not very welcoming, as we where asking about suggestions and a question or two he just kept saying."What would you like to order." Never really got a response. I evening asked if was having a bad day, again. "What would you like to order". Should have just told my husband let go, because I could see it in the face he was fixing to make the gentleman regret having to deal with a paying customer today. I understand they may not get a lot of walk-ins, which I do not think they want any, the seating area has the lights an chairs are flipped up on the tables. Anyway once this gentleman help build or pizza and other items we ordered, he grabbed up a call in order and left, did not say anything as he walk right passed us. The other employee who gave us our or order when it was ready was very polite, thanked us for coming in and please come back. Like I said we do not have Domino's near us and I was looking forward to try it and everything we ordered was "Great" but I am sure we will never go back to this location again. People that do not like dealing with the public should not, go in the back doing the menial task so they do not have to. No telling what this gentleman is like when he's delivering. This has also been forwarded to Domino Headquarters...
Read moreWorst experience I have ever had at a Domino’s pizza location-period!! Called in order for carry out and she told me it would be ready in 15-20, great. I arrived 30 minutes later and pulled right up to the drive through window. I sat there, at the window, for 15 minutes until I saw the guy behind me waiting pull around and go in. The whole time I was setting there an employee was right by the window texting on the phone, he was that close to the window I could see what he was doing. I pulled around and entered the store to find the guy behind me in the drive through was getting his order. Patiently I waited For him to check out. I asked if they still used the drive thru and they responded yes that they didn’t see me. I told them and employee was seating by the window, reply was “he is new”. Wow. It continued to get worse. They could not find my pizza. The delivery person had mistakenly taken it. I waited another 10 minutes and was told she was pulling into the parking lot, it wasn’t her, a different driver. The nonchalant attitude bothered me more than anything else. I left with No pizza and No one at Domino’s on Richmond Road in Texarkana Texas really cares - period. Domino’s spends millions on national advertising and is wasted without descant customer service. I’ve been eating Domino’s pizzas for 30 years but not anymore. There are too many other pizza choices now to endure this...
