We've only had one issue eating here in the last seven years and that was getting someone else's to go order, no biggie but for me this evening it was not the case. Tonight they had the "A-Team" I guess being a Friday making sushi but it was poorly made. Definitely not how you slice and place avocado on top of a roll. I make sushi at home fairly often but hey, convenience and I know what it costs to make a roll on average $1.50 to $4 depending (more for lobster of course and is probably what I should of ordered because you get the entire tail). If I'm paying around $15 for a roll I expect the entire roll (AK Roll with wasabi sauce added) to have spicy tuna on the whole thing. The Ole Lady had the Pink Lady roll as usual and it was great. Flavor wise mine was good minus the 3 pieces (you can see the spicy tuna in my pic and its tasty, too bad I paid what I did for about $2 worth of ingredients, definitely paying for the labor and overly at that). Anyway, Three pieces didn't have a scrap of tuna in it, two on one end and one on the other, ziltch. For the price and portion it's totally unacceptable. Stuff happens, but try to do better like you're eating what you're making because I know y'all aren't doing yourself like this and to make folks feel cheated is not cool. When I make food for others I want to make it as perfect as possible and in a timely manner of course. Could definitely use more imitation crab on top for sure on all your rolls with it and shredded more, way too chinchee for the cost. Y'all seriously need to up the portion size on it all because it's not costing that much more for many of the ingredients. Fuji's had a bad run for a few months last year and into 2024 likely losing a good deal not business and we went to Osaka's during that time when they couldn't find a decent sushi chef worth a flip I guess or line cooks later after that. After this I may be going back to Osaka's because they will load that imitation crab and other stuff up in most their locations. The wife will definitely be wanting that Pink Lady so she's not going anywhere and honestly I can make better sushi at the house but wild dogs couldn't drag her off that Pink, hah! Regardless, thanks for the food and God bless what y'all do and continued further success.

I ordered the shrimp fried rice. First bite tasted like burnt butter. I expected more for the price I paid. Shrimp was cut into small pieces, which was fine, but I expected more. There may have been onions in the rice, but I expected veggies (carrots, scallions) and egg in the fried rice. The miso soup was inedible due to how salty it was. I did enjoy the small salad that came with my meal. Not in a hurry to try this place again.

My family and I love eating here. We love the sushi, edmame, fried gyoza, house salad, miso soup, and lunch bento box. My favorite dishes are the BulGoGi, Bibimbap, and Chef Special roll! I really wish the Korean selection was larger and offered things like Japchae, Jamphong, Yakimandu, etc. It's a great place to eat... just for the sushi alone, so one can't complain! Update: same great food and same great service.

I hate to do this but Jeers to Fuji Kim šŸ± 🄹

This has a been a place me and my family had eaten at for years and also the first place I’ve ever even tried sushi! I have travelled across the U.S and had sushi cuisine everywhere and in my OPINION it has never been able to hold a candle to what Fujis could do. With tbs I hate to jeer them but I’ve complained and gave it time and the food hasn’t changed so maybe Fuji Kim's seeing this will help them understand they still have a loyal and dedicated customer base trying to give them feedback before it’s too late.

The food has been wayyyy too 🤬 salty! & I don’t mean it in a way that it’s unnoticeable. The miso, chicken soup, house dressing, crab vegetable bake that goes on the Amie Roll, The galbi, and fried rice. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN TOO SALTY FOR MONTHS. I’ve complained and everybody keeps saying they’re going to tell Andy. Well Andy please hear me out when I say your business is starting to go downhill. Your business has always been a place I can go to and ā€œleave Texarkanaā€ but from the salt to the quality and temperature of the fish in the sushi to how they’ve been presented lately is subpar and I know for a fact just like all the citizens of Texarkana that you guys are BETTER THAN THAT! Let’s repair and go back to normal please. Give the chef a cooking lesson or too something has to change BACK. IMMEDIATELY!

I wouldn’t say anything I’d this was another McDonalds or KFC but everything I come in I spend $100s+ and each time the quality has gotten more poor. If you are going to be the next run down sushi place then your prices should reflect...

We were traveling from Houston to Chicago, it was about 8pm so we decided Texarkana is a good stopping point for seating down dinner. Now, to write a review I'd have to give it at least one star, otherwise, this place would get 0 star from me. There were 3 of us. Me and one of my friend ordered the sashimi K with the addition of octopus sashimi for me. My other friend ordered 2 specialty rolls and an order of edamame. First off, it took the waiter almost 15 mins to take our order. The meals come with a soup which you can choose either miso or chicken. It took literally 20 mins for the edamame to come out. Then the soup came out, we chose the chicken soup. The soup was so salty that I thought I was drinking beach salt water. Then came our meals, the sashimi pieces were meager/tiny. To whom don't know better, there's a difference of cuts between sashimi and nighiri sushi. Clearly, it was pieces of sushi minus the rice. The fishes were old and nasty, you can tell it been sitting for sometime in room temperature . The octopus pieces were literally like leather. I almost choked on it . My other friend with the rolls was no different, the rice was old and sour. Honestly, I'm writing this review in hoping that health department can just pay them a visit. The total bill was $94. Totally waste of money. I don't know who are the people giving the reviews with 5 stars. This place...
