Grandy's — Restaurant in Texarkana

I'm a retired Army Veteran, have known Grandy's food was the BEST!! for many years. From traveling the world, to eating at almost every Grandy's in that city/state visited and will tell you, "I Have Never Had a Bad Meal" at no location visited!. For the Price, great menu items, fresh home cooked taste, and hospitality I've found no better. Now to speak on the #707 Grandy's in the Texarkana Texas area. I have been eating there for over 20years and have never had a bad experience. I am Always amazed at the professionalism and Great Food and should have way b4 now given the Team of workers and management there At-A-Boys many years ago, but never took the time to do so. I apologize for the lateness, but had such a great meal on my last visit I had to say something. Great Job, Great employees, and super Great Management. YES!! this is Mr. Price which by now everyone knows me, because I always tell them how much I love the food and the hospitality b4 I leave. GREAT job #707, continue to be the best Grandy's in the country and I will continue to enjoy the great service and meals produced each...

We went to drive thru, it was fine at first. Then we got home and checked the food. Immediately you could smell the mold when we opened the bag. We checked the chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steaks and they "looked" ok. When we opened the box of rolls the smell got stronger. When we turned them over there it was. I called just to let Grandy's know they may want to check bread before handing it out to more people. The phone was passed on twice while I was still talking and in the end the lady on the other end told me it was the grease they baked the rolls in. I know what mold smells like compared to grease. Then we actually decided to try and eat the food, it was terrible. Cold Mac and cheese, clumpy and crunchy potatoes, and the chicken fried chicken tasted like the meat was bad. Not that I expect anyone to respond or care, either way I figured I'd post the pictures and let u guys know at least to check your food becausr apparently the individuals serving it...

I work 16 hour shifts 2-10 pm 10-6 am Grandy’s open up at 7 I wait for the restaurant open up to get breakfast.. Twice I ask for plain white gravy I order the same breakfast every morning if I go. I get home , shower get in bed with my food. My order is messed up! Hash brown cold and greasy and they gave me sausage gravy instead. I hate there sausage gravy every time I have tried it I got sick each time I done poured it on my eggs etc .. I go back up there 46 out side very cold I done took a shower after working 16 hours in the medical field. I explained that to her. All I got was my money back. Poor customer service! Dam shame most places do both give a refund and offer to replace your meal not Grandy’s ! Never going back. This is way so many restaurants over time close down.. I went right to McDonald spent about the same and the food was much better about a 20...
