I almost didn't leave a review. But I felt like I had to. This location just seems to be getting worse. The misses and I went through the drive through. First off the girl at the window was short and not friendly. Which is something I can get over. I'm there for food. Maybe she is having a bad day. Who knows. We get home. (3 min drive) My wife's sandwich has all the meat on one side of the sandwich. Okay, so she straightens it out. We asked for no onions on hers. again she picks that out as well. All the olives are in one pile on the sandwich. Again she fixes that as well. Which I may add is very difficult after the cheese is melted. Both sandwiches had almost no lettuce. We are talking a couple of strands of lettuce on each. To end all of this they were super soggy. Too much fun. Thanks...
Read moreWe walked in and placed our order having to repeat each part at least twice and that the order was to go four times. It took four people to get the veteran's discount placed. They then apparently lost our order. After 15 minutes with only us in the restaurant with no drive through orders, we had to ask about it. After asking a worker who had done nothing but lean against the counter the entire time without cleaning the 5 dirty tables, he finally got the manager who had to access the register to find our order. After another 15 minutes, we go our order without a "I'm sorry" or any other comment. Just brought it out and slapped it on the table. Upon getting home, two of the four sandwiches where incorrect. Will not be getting our business again...
Read moreWe went for a quick bite after being on the road for 6 hours. Not being really hungry, we ordered a small turkey original and two waters...not bottled, but the little 10 or 12 ounce clear plastic cheap cups that we assumed would be free. The sandwich was $7.79+$.64 tax, but it rang up about $11.50. I asked the person taking our order to explain and he said he had to charge us for the water. Now I'm no math wiz but that would have made Schlotzsky's profit margin around 96% on the water alone, which of course I declined. A plastic cup that cost Schlotzsky's $.05 cents, if that, and literally a negligible cost to Schlotzsky's, in the hundredths of a penny of water. To top it off, the sandwich was deplorable. NEVER AGAIN...
