This is less about the Wendyâs and more about the employees that were working tonight 12/11/23 they were phenomenal! The two girls I interacted with at the window were so polite, kind, courteous, and accommodating! They didnât get inconvenienced when I asked for extra sauce, they werenât quick to close the window on me (I was in drive thru) and I had ordered an extra four piece nugget and asked for ranch, but they put ranch and also a sweet and sour sauce in the bag, and I am so glad they did because it was a new discovery for me (the spicy nuggets go perfectly with sweet and sour sauce!!) it seemed like their way of recommending something different and allowed me to step outside of my comfort zone and try something unfamiliar. I only interacted with the two girls but whoever was cooking did a great job too, the burger was excellent. But I noticed the girls were collecting the nuggets and God bless them because they even threw in an extra nugget (it was the end of the night and close to closing time so I donât want managers to be upset about this) it really made my night. After a long, tiresome day, and low on money, it was small acts like that that made all the difference. Bless them. This Wendyâs has some fantastic workers. I have been to other Wendyâs where they slam the window shut before I can say anything, roll their eyes when I stay there until they open the window again, act irritated when I ask for extra sauce and slam it into my hand, and talk to me as if I have completely inconvenienced them simply by purchasing food from the establishment. This was a refreshing experience and I hope these employees are bestowed all the best opportunities life has to offer. People donât know how impactful simple small acts of kindness can be, especially to those having a rough day or time in life. Love and blessings to those...

It was right there...instead, the staff continued to work, and my friend and I were just walking by around inside the store with empty cups in our hands...no one bothered to ask,or offer help... until we were ready to leave...without our ordered drinks... finally my friend asked for help...the be machines offered sodas of all kinds...but I'm still waiting, holding a cup be of ice...no drink...I finally HAD to ask no for my sweet tea... finally we got our drinks...mind you that we are senior citizens...not up to date with this new technology...we thought the service could have been much...
Read moreThe way I was treated should be illegal, infact I think it is. I was told i can't fill my water bottle and from that i didn't purchase food. And I'm glad. I was discriminated for looking like a homless person, note I am not homeless. I am a backpacker on my way to some hot springs in the Gila. I walked in with my backpack on and guitar in my hand waiting for my friend to pick me up with the intention of purchasing food from this Wendy's. I was treated very rudely and told I can't fill up my water bottle. I have heard of places treating people with backpacks this way and it is wrong. This manager should be fired for allowing this to happen. I will go to another Wendy's else where and if I am treated this way again or notice that a homless person is treated this way then clearly it is a corporate issue and I WILL contact a lawyer asap. This is America no one should be treated this way in any establishment no matter their status, gender, race, or...
