Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Texas City

The only good thing about our experience (6/8/17) was the service from the lady that was helping us. She was genuinely very nice. The quality on the other hand was completely something else. We got a Strawberry-Banana smoothie and the brownie sundae. The smoothie had too much strawberry in it! They did offer to make it into a milk shake but they were completely out of vanilla ice cream. The brownie sundae - I have been sick since eating it. Signs of food poisoning... They were out of almost all of their ice cream, I could understand if we went on a Sunday or holiday weekend but not on a Thursday night I mean come on this is an ice cream shop you should have fishing quantity of the product that you specialize in selling. I seriously doubt that I will be returning to the store and will probably just make the longer drive to the nearest Cold Stone or...

My husband took my daughter to get some ice cream for a daddy/ daughter date. My 6 year old was so EXCITED for some ice cream, and she's so independent she wanted to order herself; the lady working the drive thru tonight was so rude to her..."I can't hear you.... speak up...." so even after the lady upset my daughter, my sweet hearted kiddo wanted to tip her, my husband agreed... the lady walked up to the window for 2 minutes, holding their ice cream while talking to a co worker... my kid was so happy to tip her she insisted on giving her the tip herself... the lady got mad because she couldn't reach the money. Thursday 12/28, I pulled up to the outdoor speaker with my family, sat there for three min waiting for someone to ask for our order, and when nobody asked, I pulled up to the window to see if someone would notice us and take our order. A guy that works there was sitting with his back half to us, on his phone, and never noticed us. The second man didn’t notice either. I didn’t want to be obnoxious and knock or honk, then have our ice cream spit on, so just waited a few more minutes hoping one of the paid employees would notice. No such luck. After several minutes, we left and went elsewhere. If staff can’t handle a drive through, maybe close the drive through….or...
