0 stars. This location is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant in Texas City and surrounding areas. The food isn’t too bad it’s the HORRIBLE customer service you receive when you make the mistake to give your money to this location. Everyone (besides an older woman that works there) is ALWAYS rude for no reason. They are the only place in town that will not honor their own coupons or online deals. Today I made an online order to go pick up my food, when I arrived they had a note on the speaker box that said “online orders and door dash need to come into the lobby to pick up order”. I have my 2 small babies in the car, the only reason I chose this place over Popeyes is because they have a drive-thru. I told the lady over the speaker box that I was there to pick up a mobile order and before I could explain to her that I had my babies in the car she cut me off and rudely told me I had to come in the lobby if I wanted my food. After I told her my babies were in the car she rudely told me to come up to the window. When I got to the window she was grabbing my food off the counter up front, I apologized to her for not being able to come inside ( even though I shouldn’t have to) and thanked her for letting me grab my food from the drive thru, she ignored me and slammed the window in my face. I guess they are now to lazy to hand a bag of food out of the window. I order online to several places with drive thrus because it makes it easier on me as a mom picking up food with 2 babies, never have I been told I can’t pick it up by drive thru. My food was just sitting on the counter up front, I guess they don’t want to have to deal with their customers if they don’t have to. I am 29 and have never written a bad review and I understand getting a bad apple every now and then but it’s EVERY time I come here. Read moreI went inside to place my order, because they usually screw it up at the drive through. I made a simple order for a number 1- 2 peice dark, with mashed potatoes with extra gravy and the chicken should have been a leg and thigh, and I ordered a # 3 with 2 wings and a breast, for me. But when I got home I had a 3 peice with 2 thighs and a breast, no extra gravy but was charged for it. My ticket said I ordered a fillip, which comes with a cookie, and that was not in my box either.
They also didn’t put any plastic ware or napkins in my order either. I called the phone number on the ticket about 6 times before I got anyone to answer. I was told that I had to bring the order back without anything missing in order for them to make it right, I had already started eating my order when my wife told me her order was wrong. After calling 10+ times I finally get ahold of a rude lady who knows nothing about customer service. I normally try to let it go but why if I'm paying $30 for 3 meals!!!!!! Whoever runs this place isn't doing a good job. If I could 0 star I would.
Update, Tiffany is the lady who I spoke to on the phone. Darieal is the cashier, according to my receipt. When I asked Tiffany for her name and the general manager, brittany, she gave it to me.
