Made an online order went to go get it went through the drive-through lady was a little bit rude. Told me it wasn't ready to go back around. There's another car behind me. So I did just that they gave me my order. I stick my hand in there as I'm driving away it's the wrong order and I'm touching cheese sticks. She exchanges my order when I go back around. Tell him they gave me the wrong one. They both seem to be bothered and not super friendly. As I'm driving away again I put my hand in my bag and take it fry to eat. It's practically raw and cold, when I exchange the bag, I told the lady to throw away the cheese sticks since I put them my hand on them. I highly doubt she did that. I would not go to this Arby's. Customer service thinks food is subpar by any means.
Update for response: Thanks for reaching out but just look at the Yelp and Google reviews it’s been an issue so obviously filling out forms has done nothing for anyone. I would send corporate in before you give Arby’s an envelope worse name. Your company doesn’t want to be known for this food and service as reported in reviews.

Read more*DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION Just went to eat and the doors were closed and locked. We then saw the sign on the door that said “drive thru open” no where else did it say dine in was closed, not only that but we had masks on like everyone else here. Restaurant's (including fast food) are all open for dine in, they have the tables spaced or flagged and you are required to wear a mask. So we knocked and a big man screamed from behind the counter “CANT YOU READ?” Read what?? That drive thru is open? Yes we read that, we wanted to dine in. To this i said “no im obviously blind to what you are trying to point out” and his response was “apparently you are” No matter what, he did NOT have to be as rude as he was, he could of just said “no we arent doing dine in” then we would of just went on our way. It was 1:00.......i sure hope this guy wasn't a manager. Pure laziness. There are TONS of people out there who would LOVE to have a job that knows how to treat people, this man CLEARLY didn't especially since he yelled it from across the room instead of coming to the door to inform us. Read moreThe customer service is terrible. I came to visit through the drive through during October 2,2024 between 4:25pm-4:35pm and the guy who attended me was rude. Felt like he was rushing me and their was nobody behind me. I asked for ketchup and arby sauce and also some napkins and they failed to deliver what I requested. I only received Arby's sauce in the bag. And the chicken sandwich was stale and cold. Terrible establishment. One thing about business, employees will run it down if they don't offer adequate customer service which is a lost art in today's society. He couldn't even smile or provide a decent greeting. He made me feel like I was bothering him, very unwelcoming. Hopefully this place shuts down quickly and a new establishment provides adequate customer service and quality food for the people in the Rosenberg area and Richmond area.
