Does this company allow managers and employees to pick and choose when they fulfill the duties that they are paid to for? Is it acceptable by Taco Cabana for customers to be ignored and dismissed after handing over their hard earned money? I have never been treated as rudely and as disrespectful by people who were being paid to assist customers, as I was tonight at your 105 Louetta Crossing location. I came to the location around 7:15 waited in line approx. 45 min which was understandable being that it was Christmas Eve and other restaurants were closed already. Once I purchased my meal and pulled forward still in the drive thru, I realized my order was short I understand they may have been tired, I understand that it was Christmas Eve, I understand some customers are unreasonable, BUT I WAS NOT. The way the cashier and the manager handled this caused the situation to spiral out of control. I was simply missing an item that I PAID for. I went back to the front door and this time showing the manager my bag and she waived me off with angry face mouthing something to the other employees. That is the worst type of leadership representing your company. I watched the cashier who had just helped me at the window talking to her and the manager made angry faces and turned to continue cleaning. Yes I started to bang on the front door at this point because it was obvious that she could not care less that a paying customer was there over 45 minutes knocking and blowing to get assistance. I totally understand MISTAKES happen we are human but if a company is paying you to represent them and lead a team of people them it is unacceptable to be dismissive of a customer. Am I supposed to just leave and take a loss because she didn’t feel like MANAGING and provide customer service. We have been treated rudely in the past at this location but we always dismissed it and visited other locations and eventually came back. But this was...
Read moreI want to start by saying we love Taco Cabana! With that being said, the service we received 5/3/2020 was horrible! We placed our order online to be picked up to try to alleviate any issues. First the online ordering would not allow us to order just one alcoholic beverage it would only allow the quantity of 99 and nothing else. With this we thought OK no problem we will just order when we pick up our food. We arrive to the location and were greeted by an employee that was obviously not having a good evening. This employees name was Patricia on the receipt with an ID of 21658. She very rudely informed us that she would not serve us without a mask. We respected that and went to our car and put on the mask we had. When we walked back in we waited over 5 minutes with NO ONE ELSE IN LINE. Patricia looked at us and literally just left us standing there until someone else told her to assist us. When we tried to order the margarita we were told we were unable to without a food purchase. We were picking up a food order of $25.00 mind you. We then proceeded to order more food just to get passed the dumbness of the whole situation. To top it all off when we got home and handed out the food they had shorted us one beef taco. This may all seem trivial but during these hard times all anyone is looking for is a little kindness. We were super excited about our Taco Cabana night and by the time we got home we were all so frustrated it wasn't worth...
Read moreI was moving that day and bought my friends who helped me move, lunch at their choice which happened to be taco cabana. After placing their order I asked what kind of meat was on the BEYOND MEAT, he could not answer that question. I then went to place my order which was: 1 beyond meat taco soft, with no lettuce (I hate soggy, hot lettuce) and please add fresh jalapenos to my taco. I paid and we went back to my place. Opening the bag we already notice that there are no napkins. Well everything was packed and no telling where the box was containing my paper towels so there is strike one. My friends were content with their order which was good because they had worked their behinds off that day, but upon opening mine I was HORRIFIED to see HOT, SOGGY LETTUCE! And no fresh jalapenos! Ok, well maybe I can pick every single piece off of my taco, I then preceded to look for the fresh jalapenos in the bag because surely they are there. What do you know, NO JALAPENOS AT ALL!! By this time I am just a little irritated and STARVING. I drive back up there to correct my order and the drive through is packed around the building. So I parked and try the lobby, CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. I HAVE to wait in that line and 37 minutes later pull up to the window and at this point, I just want my money back. The staff in the window have gathered around and started snickering and taking turns to have a look at the crazy lady who just wanted HER...
