Timbercrest Village and RV Park — Hotel in The Woodlands

Only slightly better than living in an apartment, but in 4 years our rent has almost doubled. After the hurricane last year we were without power for over a week causing us to not be able to go to work due to having to leave town with our daughter, then when we came back having to throw out all of our food and replace it. Then a couple weeks after the hurricane being threatened (on a friday) with a $250 fine if we didn't fix our skirting in 6 days. Our car got towed out of our own driveway for being slightly in the street. No kiddie pools allowed but the pool was closed the entire summer last year. This week after the one day of storm they closed the pool for the entire week for no reason, and they are NEVER in the office when you need something through all hours of the working day. Walking around the neighborhood certain areas smell like a huge litter box due to having so many stray cats...

They treat their tenants like trash. They let all kinds of felons and trash move in. Was a decent place to live until new management took over. Rude manager. They steal your cars out of your driveway if your tires touch the grass . Then they get kickbacks from the towing co who only accepts cash. They give you a 2 car driveway. When my daughter purchased a new vehicle we had to squeeze 3 cars onto a 2 car driveway.His car has been parked there for 7 years . Two tires were partially on the grass. Crime level has gone up there are more Spanish than whites or blacks the is limit as to what they can and can not do they feel they can do no wrong that you have parties until 12 o'clock in the morning they park vehicles all in the grass but yet if we do something like that we our car tow image are we get a letter from the office I think it should be fair all the way round the board for everyone same rules for every person not your pick and choose I have been here for 10 years and I am not a very satisfied homeowner timber...
