Ordered a large turtle pecan blizzard. They used peanuts instead of pecans. Took it back and they insisted it was pecans. i order these weekly so do know the difference between peanuts and pecans. Not only that I am a East TX country girl and grew up on pecans and peanuts. I know the difference in their looks and taste. I took some of the peanuts out and showed them, they were peanuts for pecans aren't hard as chopped peanuts. The guy who made the blizzard appeared to be a manager but didn't speak English very well which makes me think he couldn't read English either. The peanuts were either dumped into the peanut bin or he couldn't read "pecan" when he made the blizzard. He refused to do anything about the mistake. I ended up getting a much lowered price blizzard for pecans cost more than peanuts. This is a way to rip off the public by serving the cheaper peanuts instead of pecans. Or it could be, they have people working there who can't read or speak English. I doubt it to be the latter since he refused to even consider the mistake, didn't look at it or check the bin. He thinks black people are stupid enough to fall for this switch out. Somebody needs to tell him, black people know their peanuts and pecans. They just lost a weekly customer. Too bad most of the restaurants in my area are on my boycott list for giving poor service. Yep you play the cards...
Read moreThis has been my favorite location for years, good food, staff is friendly, and facility clean. I am there at least 4 times a month. Yesterday, the manager was so sweet said Ma'am I have to make a fresh batch of Chicken and dumplings another customer got the last one, it will be 16 minutes. He checked with every customer to see if they needed anything. Today I passed a 40 car deep drive thru at Chick-fil-A and 10 car deep on at Raising Canes, and however many at Whataburger as I wanted a Burger deal. The manager who was in the drive thru either made an aubible sigh or sarcastic comments since I wanted my burger a certain way. When she said a strange combo for my blizzard order. I said I would come in. After all there was no cars behind me, one in front of me, 2 by the entrance. I walked in. The first thing I wad told was "Ma'am I didn't hear what you said." Before I said a word. I did let her know she was unprofessional, she didn't think so, and I told her you could have let me know that. I didn't say anything about the other stuff as I thought this is an owner issue. When I got back home my burger was dry, over cooked and had been microwaved. It does not seem this location wants business or regular customers. That's ok there are others in the area. I think they need secret shoppers. I plan to notify the corporate offices after the holidays....

1 WORD: G H E T T O O O O O! The Jaliotos always seem like they are from the bottom of the bag!! The burrito is always under cooked or over cooked! I go to other DQs and they are awesome!! Fresh food! This location just can’t seem to get it right! It’s ghetto! I can’t do nothing but be honest!! Don’t walk RUN from this place!! Definitely needs new management, new staff, new cooks, just shut down and start over!! If a persons food isn’t correct, there’s no back and forth conversation after that!! Fix the food!
