Seven of us went to dinner today, 3 adults, 4 children. The middle eastern guy taking our order, was not capable of taking our order correctly, he didn't get it right, only had 6 orders, and one was wrong. We went back to get the missing order and the wrong order redone. Eventually, we got half of the missing order, had to ask for the rest, then asked for the item that was being redone, they hadn't even started it. Could not cook 2 things at once. Making our drinks, no lids, no napkins, no condiments. The guy that took our order came to wash the table and bench, he had a soaking wet rag, which he proceeded to leave the table and bench soaking wet! I asked him to please dry them. He came back with a paper towel and dried the table, I had to ask him to dry the seat, so we could sit down. In the meantime, his pants were not pulled up and his extremely hairy bum was showing for all to see. We had to request condiments, which were brought one at a time. The icing on the cake... no air conditioning in there, in the 100⁰ temps, no air circulating at all. They said they have air conditioning, perhaps they did, but it was not on. Dairy Queen is not a cheap fast food restaurant, you would think they could turn on the air conditioner, and train their employees, much less have supplies available, and have their employees wear pants pulled up not showing their hairy backside. My 7 year old granddaughter said, I think I could have done a better job than they did when I was 2 years old. I had to agree with her. I will never go there again and would strongly advise others not to waste their time and money at this...

Victoria B. didn’t answer the drive-thru ring for several minutes. When she finally came on, I asked for a small Oreo Blizzard.
Victoria told me that I could only order a medium or large. I pulled up and asked Victoria why could I not order a small.
She proceeded to tell me that they were out of small cups. I asked if she was going to charge me for a small due to the inconvenience. She said no. I asked if she could just put a small amount in the medium cup….
Once again a “no”.
Then after that, I asked if she had knew her district manager… she looked like a deer in headlights. At this point I take my medium blizzard and give it to my son…. Then of course, my son has an allergic reaction due to cross-contamination.
I filled out the survey on the receipt and have the worst possible score. I wish there was a score lower than “Highly Dissatisfied”… like maybe “Trash”!
It wouldn’t surprise me if this store was just trying to get their night sales up by claiming to not have small sizes… I’ll NEVER visit this location again!!

Read moreI have visited here a few times the cooks have bad comprehension. You can ask for no lettuce no tomato's the cashier will repeat it to you but somehow lettuce and tomato's are still on the tacos, hamburger, etc. I still cameback let them no what occurred not looking for anything free but no acknowledgment apologize or reassurance that it wouldn't happen this time. I get to the window ask for sour cream and the cool cilantro lime sauce and the kid in the window goes and ask. They didn't have the sauce even though the tacos advertise included this sauce. The other worker extra extra like okay I have no problem paying 0.54 but let's add it up 8.32 wasted on the last meal because it had lettuce and tomato's another 8.32 tonight because the shells were stale. So who won. I would have given the customer sour cream after they expressed the order was incorrect. You can never do the survey and their phone number is disconnected. I won't be back...
