If there was a way to put negative star rating on here I would! I try to look at the bright side of things on anything and everything I possibly can before leaving a bad review. This place was horrible. The customer service was complete trash!! We were through the drive through at this location where we were greeted over the speaker by a lady who was making it very obvious by tone of voice we interrupted her from doing whatever she was doing before we had shown up and she wasn’t happy about it. Not only was she right of the rip rudely asking me to repeat myself on multiple instances during our conversation due to her being distracted by what I’m assuming is a coworker on the inside since there was no other cars in the parking area besides two near the employee entrance in the back, but after it took what seemed like forever to place just my wife’s order when I went to place my own she cut me off mid sentence with “You can pull forward now” fallowed by the e sound of the drive thru head set clicking off. So I pull forward only to be greeted by a guy in his late teens early twenties with an equally sounding annoyed tone to his voice as he tells me my total. I try to tell him that I was trying to order more. Except he too cut me off with “ Your total is $4.58.” As I repeated again I wanted to order more but was cut off at the speaker I get a very rude and almost angry sounding reply of “ and what am I supposed to do with that information!” Which through my blood pressure through the roof of my vehicle causing me to just drive off without our order before I said something that would have caused a bigger issue for me that wasn’t worth the time to deal with over ppl like them. I will never ever return to this location even though its like the only one near me and really really have a bad taste in my mouth for Dunkin/Baskin Robin’s company all together now thanks to them. So to those to employees i would like to thank you very much for ruining one of my favorite places from my childhood I loved going to for a scoop of ice cream on the weekends!! Much appreciated hope I can return y’all the...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would! I have food allergies, I placed my order and asked that they not put eggs on it because I was allergic and they did not listen to my request. They showed true negligence in the way they run this establishment. When I brought my food back to the store and showed them what happened the women at the front directed me to the "owner" and gave attitude as to be pushing off a problem. Later I found out she was the owner's wife, she yelled in my face and even told me to leave knowing full well she had my bank card and that I was not in the wrong. I repeatedly told her they almost sent me to the hospital due to my allergies, she tried to silence me telling me to quit saying that. I find this very unprofessional and no way for an owner of the Dunkin Donuts franchise to act. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, they were not knowledgeable enough to give me my money back on my card. They handed me cash and told me to get out! I find this very distressing and inappropriate since they made the mistake and acted as if I was a villain. I don't know if this is how all Dunkin Donuts run their business but it's a very bad look and truly disappointing. I would like to be put in contact with somebody in regards to the terrible service I experienced. This store is a disgrace to the Dunkin...
Read moreI went to get a box of 50 Munchkins around 10am, but they only had about 5-6 left of the blueberry, and maybe 10 of the chocolate. It took a couple of minutes for two of the clerks to stop their personal conversation and have one come to the counter near me (she still didn't acknowledge me though). I asked her were they going to be preparing any more sometime that day (preparing, not cooking, since all of their doughnuts are brought in frozen now FYI). She told me no, and asked which ones I wanted. When I told her I wanted at least half blueberry she told me flippantly "there's some right there." I asked her "where?" because I didn't see any. She pulled out a rack with 2 blueberry donuts on it. When I told her I wanted Munchkins, not donuts her response was "they're the same thing." Ummm, so are you going to give me ~10 of those for the same price as the 25 Munchkins? Never mind the fact that my autistic son wanted the Munchkins, and usually won't eat a big donut. I was so frustrated with her poor attitude that I just left, and I won't be back. I'll be spending my money elsewhere...
